Great product, many styles to choose from
Very easy to set up, will be a great value to me as I can express my medications and resuscitation wishes even in fI am unconscious. Many styles were available. And I love the black chain bracelet that I ordered. Very happy with my purchase, and the support offered along with it.

A very simple way to provide emergency personnel with your critical info
This is a great, easy way to provide medical info to others in urgent or emergency situations. The bracelet I chose is a very conservative looking, woven elastic with adjustment. It's soft and very comfortable - once on your wrist, you forget it's there at all. There's a QR code on the metal plate (no, you don't feel the metal at all) and when you first scan this with a smartphone camera, you're asked to set up a password. Then there are a variety of fields, only a few of which are mandatory - you can use as many or as few as you wish to message emergency services if you're unable to communicate. After the first scan and a password setup, the QR code opens to anyone who scans it with your info; if someone clicks on "Edit" it'll then ask for your password for access to change anything. Simple, straightforward. Far less clunky than a metal clinky bracelet or necklace. Highly recommended.

Not a reliable medical alert ID
Do not waste your money. I purchased this because I have several medical issues that should I be in an auto accident, have a TIA in my sleep and be un able to verbally communicate, or if during a procedure I do not wake up my doctors or medical personnel know what they can and cannot give me. I mean why else would you buy a medical alert bracelet right. So I had trouble getting the information to save and had to do this all over a second time. Then the company reached out to me to see if I was having issues, when I explained the issues I had with the site not saving my info and then continuing to request my password when scanning the QR code, I also mentioned how the code is rubbing off. Mine is the medallion so its not like a watch band I can take on and off it stays on, as should any medical ID. Anyway I sent a photo and then for weeks never heard anything until today. The email I got was telling me I needed to buy a protective cover, avoiding washing lol, avoiding rubbing the QR code with my fingers (which my skin rubs on this all day while wearing) and not to bumb it into other objects. Wow so basically this bracelet is good only as long as the QR lasts.

Great Product/Worthy Investment
I am so enamored with this item I don't even know where to start. . . Let's start with the size/length of the chain. It is as described, however I have small wrists (7") so it hung on me or slid quite high on my arm so me being me I removed about two inches worth of chain and now it fits perfectly. So the option of it coming in sizes would be great. That being said, it was a small matter and nothing compared to how great this item is. I'm lazy and prefer to type on a keyboard using both hands rather than what I call texting mode on a phone or tablet so I used my laptop to scan the barcode which was quite easy to do and that took me directly to the website I needed. I was confused at first because I didn't need to create a user name, just a password. Your username is the bracelet number recorded when the website pops up. After that the rest was extremely simple. All I had to do was enter everything anyone needed to know in an emergency. Just like you would tell your doctor, the ER medical staff or emergency personnel. Since I have several medications, health issues and other information that would need to be remembered and relayed I was so happy that I could actually carry this information with me right here on my wrist! What a weight is being lifted just knowing how simple it will for medical personnel to find out important information to help me, especially if I should be unable to speak for myself. Plus, when you're on as many prescriptions as I am it can be hard to remember them all. This bracelet should hold up to anything I might put it through and the color I chose will blend nicely regardless of what my fashion choices might be. It also had a nice strong clasp and chain so I don't have to worry about it breaking.

Nice bracelet but Stones don't last long
The bracelet is nice. I absolutely love the scan code on the back takes whoever needs it directly to my medical history, but I've had the bracelet 2 days and six of the little stones have already fallen out. Bracelet chain is also a little big but that's easily fixable.

Very happy with it. I've been wearing it for months with no signs of wear. Only slight suggestion would be to make a shorter version for women's watch bands. It's a bit long for mine, but I manage. Able to add medical info easily, and I think this is just a handy thing to have to put your name and address on in the event you are ever incapacitated and don't have ID on you.

I purchased the polished stainless steel bracelet and happy to confirm the quality is great. It’s a nice piece you’ll be happy wearing dressed-up or down. Perhaps a little bulky and heavy for a lady, seller has other types to choose from. The clasp is firm and secure. The bracelet links are fluid and free (unlike some cheaper bracelets that tend to jam-up as you move). I didn’t try to remove any of the links with the included tool because the original length fit my wrist fine. Nice polished finish. Fast delivery. Seller follows up. One key improvement I’d make is to have the background of the QR code in a matte finish — it’s currently directly etched on the polished mirror-like finish which makes scanning tricky as it reflects whatever is around. Once you figure out that you need to scan it on an angle against a blue sky or solid-coloured wall it works fine. Given that you want it easy for responders to scan — especially under the stress of an emergency — I think this should be improved. I’m pretty sure that etching the QR code with a matte background would easily resolve this. The web portal and personal medical info page are basic and work well. Not much information on the security, privacy or sustainability of these (which you’re buying with the bracelet) — there’s no real guarantee how long they’ll be around or what happens with your data. The good news is that for a one-time purchase price you get a QR code which leads to a lifetime (in theory) personal medical info page. You can then choose how much and what information you wish to enter if privacy is a concern (you could easily just list your medical condition, with no names or numbers, for example). I chose to still give it 5 stars because it delivered on what it promises, and the quality of the bracelet exceeded expectations.
