Is this "Made In America" or "Hecho in China"?

Magpul is made in USA but what i received today May 5 2019 is not Magpul. Cheap chinese knock off. DO NOT BUY unless seller is Magpul themselves

Does it fit on a ruger 338 percision rifle in the qd mount on the gun?????

If it’s a QD on the rifle, this will fit. That being said, if you read the reviews you'll see this product is fake and NOT manufactured by Magpul.
