Do they give the amount of resistance as stated?

Resistance is perfect as long as you use it for the right reason and exercise. I always wipe my down with Mild sanitizer and cloth after every use.

Do all the bands show the rosapoar labels and resistance levels (i just got a set that had no markings at all)

mine show resistance levels such as light, medium etc and the rosapor label.

Favorite resistance bands

My favorite resistance bands! They provide with a great range of different tensions between the different bands. They're super easy to use and they even come in a nice bag where you will definitely have easy access to them. I have used them to warm-up, to add tension to different exercises, and also to stretch. Super versatile and resistant. Highly recommend them.

Not 100% like the picture, slight difference, not branded

The bands are not 100% like the pictures, the only difference is that bands are not branded, after 1 week trial the quality is good.
