Is this compatible with TORRAS phone cases or does it peel the edges up? Thanks!

On mine it was positioned slightly too low and causes the bottom edges to lift.

Does this actually have full coverage on the 15 Pro Max? I got an ESR protector and dissaponted with it as the edges actually cover the screen. Thanks

It does a good job at covering the screen with no overlap, unfortunately on mine it placed the cover very slightly down from the top, this is ok unless you use a case, it then creates pressure at the bottom and causes the cover to lift.
