Great Speaker Selector
Great Product. Purchased to split my 2 CH across 2 stereo pairs. This selector allows you to play audio to up to six different stereo speaker pairs. The spec say's it can handles up to 100 watts per channel and it certainly does this well. I like that each input has its own selector switch so they can be all on or a combination of on/off. The circuit protection give me peace of mind I won't overload the speakers. I have used 14 gauge speaker wire, the spec says this device supports up to 14 gauge wire, it's snug but only if the wire is too long. The device is light in weight and of good build. The terminals will snap out of place if there is too much wire in the terminal so keep it as short as possible to make contact with the internal conductor.

Great product
I had purchased a cheap alternative to this and it simply didn't cut the mustard, no issues with the pyle product and works exactly as it should!

Because we are music lovers in our household, we have always enjoyed the ability to add extension speakers from our home audio/visual system to various rooms in our home. Extension speakers provide a very pleasant environment being able to go room-to-room in our house and have uninterrupted listening of our favorite tunes. As in our case, the extension speakers are mostly on at lower volume to provide background music. Serious listening is done in our living room with our main audio speakers. The Pyle speaker selector switch box works well for adding extension speakers. It is simple to use, has easy to understand instructions and safely sends the correct "load," (or in layman terms: power) to the speakers without overheating or taxing the amplifier within your audio/video system. The selector switch is a box you ideally set near your a/v system. Making a presumption you would know how to wire two stereo (left & right) speakers to your a/v system, it is easy to instead connect these wires to the Pyle speaker selector terminals and, in the case of this Pyle selector box which has up to 8 extension speakers capability, run wires to up to 8 speakers. I have used the Pyle speaker selector box to add extension speakers in my main listening room as well as to other rooms. Keep in mind that this is NOT a wireless system. You will need to run actual speaker wires to each extension speaker. This can be particularly troublesome if you don't have easy access to attic/basement or crawl space, otherwise, your speaker wire runs will be visible and potentially unsightly. I heartily recommend hiring an electrician or home theater specialist if you need to run wires from your a/v system behind walls, below floors or above ceilings. This is not a flaw of the selector box. A properly "hard-wired" extension speaker is far more desirable than wireless because it is not subject to any form of interference or drop out that might be related to internet broad band issues, for example. Not taking the space here to elaborate, you will also owe it to yourself to research an easy to understand tutorial on proper speaker cable wire. The insert holes on the selector box are large enough to accept only up to 14 gauge speaker wire. So you can use speaker wire gauge numbered 14, 16, 18, 20 and so on, but any size of larger wire such as 12 or 10 gauge will not fit in the holes. 12 gauge may be neccessary for long runs of speaker wire. The front of the box is black. The buttons are easy to push and of course, allows you the choice to run 1 pair of extension speakers, all of them or just some. The selector box does not require power. It uses the power of the amplifier within your home audio/visual system. The selector box, if cared for properly, should last a very long time as there is no real moving parts other than the push buttons and the clips that hold the speaker wires in the holes. I've used and still use Pyle products, particularly their loud speakers. Products have always been dependable at fair prices.

L'ho collegato all switch per casse che avevo preso precedentemente. Semplice il montaggio, strepitoso il funzionamento. Leggero e semplice da usare. Consiglio
