Excellent sturdy product

After finding my old wellington type boots after the last snowfall, which have shrunk,in my opinion I took my dog for a walk. When we arrived home trying to get the boots off was near impossible, I ended up virtually pulling the door sill off trying to remove the boots by Anyway, I decided to buy something and after a quick search found this. It is a nice heavyweight item and works really well. Should save the swearing and door damage when removing the boots.

After many years of use and a particularly tight boot my old plastic one broke. I decided to go the extra mile and buy these cast metal version. Very useful and practical item. I’m not sure about where to store them as my plastic version hung on a nail beside my back door. These may develop a rusty film so in the meantime they are being kept inside and used outside when needed. I just need to remember to take them outside when I put on my wellington boots as having to come inside with muddy boots would defeat the purpose. I may change my mind and hang them outside and keep my eye on what happens to see how much they develop a rusty film. Otherwise just right for the job intended although I am not sure how brittle cast iron is if dropped on a hard paved surface.

Is a great product, but the mouth is so big it won’t pull of a welly boot as I’m an adult size 8, plus it’s a snow boot, the mouth is bigger than the welly itself

Geliefert wird solides Metall. Optisch ist es rustikal sympathisch. Er wirkt sehr stabil. Langzeiterfahrungen fehlen, aber ich bin optimistisch. So bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Fait parfaitement son job et inusable

Es un poco ancho el cuello del sacabotas y para personas u hormas de botas no muy anchas podría dificultar la operación de descalzado. No obstante, si sacas la bota por encima del tacón funciona bien (yo utilizo un 43).
