Finally! A 6-month aged Manchego
I love a lot of the recipes that Spain On A Fork produces on YouTube, and Albert is always saying that the Manchego cheese he uses is aged 6 months. The vast majority of Manchegos I've found available to mail order out to the rural Midwest area where I live are either 1 year or 3 months. I am so Very pleased to find this. Thank you!

Good but pricey
It is really really good but for the price it is kinda high. So if you really like the cheese and don't care about price its awesome but if you have a budget not really worth it, get a less expensive cheese.
