metal ice packs holds the cold for hours - it was still slightly frozen after all day in my sandwich cool bag. Watch out your fingers don't get stuck on the packs when handling/taking out of freezer.

I am a flight attendant and need to keep my food cold in a cooler. I have used these on 2 different trips for work now and they work well. They stay cold longer than any other cold packs I have had. If you travel for work like me and sometimes only have a fridge unit in the hotel, you can place these next to the cooling element and they will refreeze and be good for another 24-48 hours. I was skeptical of the claim but they have worked well for me. They stay colder, longer, than any other ice pack i have used before.

I try to buy things that are non porous and will last the rest of my life. Pretty sure these will be with me til the end 😆 They stay extra cold for extra long, just wish they had a bigger size option.

Excellent! These were a gift for a friend undergoing Prostate Cancer treatment . He is experiencing Sweats and Hot Flashes; uses these in place of the plastic set that comes with the fan to keep water chilled in a Dreo Air Cooler fan. Great product stays frozen/cold for a very, very long time. Now I may place an order for myself. I am sure they will help my Coleman 3 Day Cooler work even better! (If you use stainless steel travel mugs you can appreciate how the temperature holds in those vessels.)🙂

I take these every day in my lunch box and they are SUPERB!!! They stay cold, do not leak, and allow for extended periods of time keeping my food cold which is necessary as I work long shifts at a hospital! I have also run these under water to clean them, and they clean up really well. I even put them back in the freezer after rinsing and did not dry them and they did not stick to each other much to my surprise! They require very little time to freeze and are slim enough for me to fit all of my food in containers into my lunchbox! They are stainless steel and very appealing while their durability and longevity prove to be lasting.... only time will tell!
