Do they distort the sound of the music?

I have only used them one time. I purchased them for my choir at church because the music is sometimes loud when we are learning songs. I haven’t noticed that it distorts the sound at all but I have a hard time hearing myself sing, and knowing that I am hitting the right notes when I have them in my ears. I hope this helps you.

I know these are not 100% no sound. But do you guys wear it when sleeping?

I have to say if the earplugs are 100% no sound at all it would be very dangerous if you couldn’t hear anyone trying to break in or calling out for help or any type of alarms. So I would take these as my ear plugs for sleeping noise cancelling, not foam ones.

Are the filter elements in the plugs replaceable?

I don't think so.But you can go to ask the seller about the warranty.

Are these also good for sleeping?

There are two sizes included in thebox so the small ones fit me comfortably and work really well better than most.
