Pretty Dress, Good Value

I love Tracy Reese as a designer, and I was happy to obtain this dress for a good price. I usually wear a small in most sizes and this dress is a 'small'. The dress fits me , but runs on the 'smaller' side. The material is soft to touch and good quality. I will need to steam the dress before I wear it, because it was wrinkled.This is a good dress to wear at wedding or fancy outing for the spring/summer.
