how do you Change the blade? I can’t figure it out.

If you look on the gold-colored part at the top of the handle that grips the blade, you will see the words "insert blade" with an arrow pointing to the side.  That's how you insert a NEW blade, so you have to remove the old blade first by doing the exact opposite.  First make sure the razor blade is pushed out the top as far as possible.  You may even have to grip the blade with your fingers to pull it out even further.  BE CAREFUL! Then the blade can move either left or right and slide out.  For safety's sake, I push the blade out the side by pressing down on a block of wood to the other side of the blade.  Just be VERY CAREFUL!  The blade is in there tight for a very good reason--so it will not accidentally slide out.  The gold-colored metal acts like a pair of pliers--the pressure keeps the blade safely inside!  Once you get the handle of the razor blade slid out a little, then you can safely grip the razor blade and pull it out.
