I have just re-embarked on a very low carbohydrate diet, I have eaten that way for the last fifteen years. The last year and a half I lost my way due to a serious injury(nerve damage due to my artificial hip displacement and have partial paralysis in my left foot) that has kept me unable to lead anything approaching normal activity. As such I have been eating Triscuts, microwaved rice and anything easy to grab. In turn, I gained 7-8 pounds, which doesn’t seem like much, but for me, it's a big deal. I am preparing for a series of joint replacements and It is a fact that you heal better and faster after surgery on a diet that is high in quality proteins and oils and I feel better eating this way. I haven’t used keto strips since my old Atkins diet of almost forty years ago. I have recommitted and when I looked to Amazon for ketone strips I was very impressed with this brand. Nurse Hatty respond to every review when the buyer has experienced any malfunction. That's is something I rarely see. Now for the happy part, it has been four days since I buckled down to business and I am rewarded with a lovely deep mauve color...and a trimmer waistline.

Can't give an honest review......First of all, I opened the bottle without reading the instructions. You are to only make a tiny slit in the foil to preserve the accuracy of the product and to allow one test strip to come out at a time. That was my first mistake. ALL MY FAULT. Secondly, it's hard to stay on keto while coronavirus pandemic is going on. So needless to say, I'm not in ketosis anymore. The strips are long enough to pee directly on them and not on your hand. Lol. The seller did reach out to me via email a few days after I received them, I thought that was a nice touch. But I think my strips will be bad by the time everything is back to normal mostly because of the way I opened the product.

Inconsistent results. Some of the strips don’t work I can’t really gauge which ones work well which ones don’t, when you get different results you don’t know the whole point of buying these were to have consistent results but even if the three on the strip is consistent, the next one may be different. Go figure Seller was helpful in correcting this. Costomer service was stellar. Seller seems to be regularly aiming to improve product and was very helpful.

Garbage. The colors that appear don’t match any of the key shades on the back of the strip. I tested tap water and it looks like it would read as trace amounts in there. The bottle key is different than the key on the strip itself.

I just starred keto 1 week ago! I'm a newbie of course, but based on my diet, I believe these strips to be accurate! Very easy to use and I received them quickly after ordering! Very helpful to keep on track and encouraging to see that dark square when testing!! Ty for a great product to help push forward in my new keto journey!

Full refund received. Company staff were very responsive. Results of each test were very inconsistent. Each of the three pads were all a different color after each test.

I’ve tried other Keytone strips, but I particularly love this brand. Appears to be very consistent.

I'm new to this whole keto thing and ate intermittently on target for about a week a while I acquired the ingredients, cooking skills and research I needed to go full on keto. I received the strips by day 8 and started a committed keto meal plan. I tested for 3 days, all 3 readings were between 'negative' and 'trace' levels, say like 0.25. A definite color change but nothing substantial. On the 4th day after receiving my strips I tested the reading was into 'moderate 4.0' completely skipping past 'small'. 5th day a steady 'moderate 4.0' reading. Now the morning of the 6th a bump into 'large 8.0'. I tested again mid day too and my levels fell between 'moderate' and 'large'. The readings will fall when you are more hydrated and the ketones in your urine are diluted. These definitely work and are consistent. I don't expect it to stay reading 'heavy' over time as my body adjusts to using ketones and less is dumped into my bladder but it is very good to know what I am doing has worked for me and can continue to adjust my meal plans based on my initial results and further testing to try to keep ketosis going as long as possible. TIP:Just poke a small hole in the foil enough to let a strip out at a time and less air and contaminants will get into your bottle and risk ruining your strips.

These strips do exactly what they're supposed to, lets you know *thrice* if your in ketosis 😊 I just got my strips today and started keto a week ago. Super stoked that I am deeply in ketosis. Whoo hoo! Very simple to test simply hold the test in your urine stream and voilà! (I mean, I guess you could get all fussy and collect it in a cup, but why bother?) instant results! Edit; these strips are amazing. Note the very much deeper colour of purple just a couple days after the first, so you can pretty much tell how deep into ketosis you are. I would say I'm 100% in fat burning keto mode. Yay!!😀

After a month of usage strips didn't respond, didn't change colors to detect keystones. I am not sure if it's quality or moisture but it was stored in a dry room temp area. I wouldn't recommend it
