We love this Tea Kettle it’s fast and easy.

I use this at work when I want a quick but hot cup of tea. It is portable and easy to use. Easy clean up. It is light and easy to store away is small places. Heats up pretty quickly. Durable plastic and no plastic smell. Holds head for liquid.

daily use for a few months now, and works great. Not a lot of lime scale build up. Could be a bit faster, but for the price, I'll take it, it's still pretty fast and much faster than having the water boil on the stove. Really light, easy to store and to move around. The double wall is great in terms of not getting burned, but it's very easy to over do it on the pour and have it pour over the side, but opening up the top solves that issue. I like the look of the white product, and it hasn't visibly discoloured yet (4 months).

Works incredibly well! Large reservoir and relatively fast heat time on max amount. Follow the instructions and give it a good cleaning before your first use, then it rest (with the solution), and then do a few cycles to rinse.. I haven't had any off flavors since using it. Highly recommend, especially if you need the larger size. Large size tip: If you make ice tea with the slow percolator-type tea maker (with the matching filter on top and pitcher on the side), this is so much faster. Hang your tea bags over the inside of the pitcher (chip clip holds them nicely), boil a max amount of water with this, pour it over the bags and fill the pitcher (1/2 way), and then fill the still-hot kettle with water. The heat transfer gently cools the metal interior while heating a second set of water for the tea pitcher. Wait a couple min, pour it in with the first and you'll have great hot tea ready-to-be-cooled!

A very nice pot for coffee or tea... anything that needs boiling water. The stainless steel inner pot and spout are top quality. The outer plastic shell is an attractive black gloss. I've had it a week. So far excellent!

Update: Ovente Customer Service was willing to extend the warranty but only after filling out a very long line of questions. I did not bother because I was disturbed that its product's malfunction that is a dangerous fire hazard was not taken seriously. Original review: Unfortunately, this kettle became a fire hazard after 4 months. The kettle would turn ON even if the button was in its OFF position. I’m extremely bummed because this was the perfect kettle! I suppose I could keep the kettle off the heating element when not boiling water, but it takes up precious counter space. PROS - I was worried how this kettle would look in person. The handle does not look as thick as it does in the picture and the stainless steel detail at top lip, which is part of the one-piece the stainless steel interior, gives it a sharp elegance. In fact, it would work with multiple looks like modern/contemporary, industrial, business, retro. cute/pop. It's 9" tall on the base and 8.5" tall off the base. - Because the lid opens when you hook 1-3 fingers to slide a 3 inch wide lever on top of the lid rather than pushing a small button that eventually fails, I know it will last until something else fails rather than the other way around like all past kettles. - The lid actually does open 90 degrees! - Opening to fill water and clean inside the kettle is 3.5" wide. This makes it easy to sill water from a faucet with a wide stream and easy to clean because I can fit my entire hand inside. - Hot water doesn't leak out from the lid when rushing to pour a lot of boiling water into a big pan. - Cord is heavy duty thick with 3 prong plug and can be wrapped under the base for storage. - Water only touches stainless steel. Inside is seamless stainless steel with no heating element showing. There is no plastic water level window and the stainless steel spout extends as once piece from the inner stainless steel kettle lining. -Water level markings on the inner stainless steel lining are embossed, not printed on. Readouts are large, easy to read and placed on the wall the handle is located. - Very lightweight and easy to carry a fully filled kettle. - Outer plastic layer gets warm but not hot. - Under $18! - There are no cons for me.

This cute little kettle is nice on price. Heats very well as expected. A little noisy until it reaches the boiling level and shuts off. Wouldn’t use it in a library, but tolerable for home use. I have used this kettle multiple times a day since it arrived January 2025. I’ve noticed a spotted ring developing around the metal bottom. There is also some substance floating on surface of water after it has cooled down. Have cleaned it thoroughly multiple times and have tried using different water sources from tap to bottle purified with no change. I fear it’s the metal flaking off the bottom and surfacing at the top. It was difficult to capture the floating substance in the pictures I submitted. May have to zoom in to see them. Health risks concerns has me searching for a different kettle now. Unfortunately, I have not been successful in finding a kettle that does not put the water in contact with some sort of metal as the source of heating.

I am happy with it although there is a slight delay before the auto shut off kicks in. It boils for a bit before shutting off. The hole at the top is large enough to get my hand in for cleaning. That’s a good thing. The base is somewhat lightweight. Otherwise the kettle is solid and looks well built. Anyway the price is reasonable and works as advertised. I have been using it for a while now and there are no issues with it.

La hervidora tiene un diseño sencillo, elegante e intuitivo. Calienta 1.7 litros de agua en 7.5 minutos, y no se calienta por fuera, aún cuando el agua haya alcanzado el punto de ebullición. Sin duda la recomendaría.

Es seguro y cómodo al servir el agua y hierve rápido.

Fácil de usar de limpiar y muy seguro. Una maravilla!!!

This kettle is the double-sided wall. After water has boiled, it just feels warm when touching the outside body. It takes a bit longer to boil water ( not a big deal) comparing to the old kettle due to lower wattage 1100W. My kettle is white and it looks nice, good quality.
