This is my first robot vacuum, so I can’t compare it to other brands. It’s incredibly easy to use. It scans the apartment at the beginning and then starts vacuuming. It also mops, but I think it’s better at vacuuming than mopping. Maybe mopping is more advanced in other models, but it does a good job of mopping. The app is also great. It gives you a lot of control features. I like the manual control through the app, which is sometimes necessary for specific cleaning tasks.

Absolutely love this vacuum! The suction is incredibly strong, and it handles pet hair like a pro. The self-emptying base is a total game changer—I haven’t had to touch the dustbin in weeks. Mapping is spot-on, and the app makes scheduling super easy. Mopping is light but great for daily cleaning. Totally worth it if you want a hands-free cleaning solution!

I recently purchased the Eufy RoboVac X8 Pro and have mixed feelings about it. While the cleaning performance is solid, especially with the powerful 2x 4,000 Pa twin-turbine suction that handles pet hair and debris quite well, I was disappointed with the battery life. The product advertises a 180-minute runtime, but I found that it only runs for about 80 minutes to clean an 80m² area after a full charge. If battery performance improves in future models or with updates, this would be an excellent choice. For now, though, it falls short of expectations in this regard.

Eufy is a good one. I had one earlier. Worked well for 3yrs. Battery had to be replaced which costed a lot. So I bought the newxpro8, which is very good too.

I have tried many times to contact the seller but i’m unable to, the robot isn't performing the same way it was performing once it was bought - too many errors appearing and coming home to find it stuck for no such logical reason. And yet their customer care team doesn’t really care.

I was really hesitant to purchase it as it's quite expensive for my pockets..but I finally bought it..and I would say it's a really great product..good for every house who can't afford a maid as it's does it's job really well..this review I'm posting after 3 months of successful usage...it does it's cleaning really well... real good help..and happy with the gift I gifted to myself....

Product is fine, but side brush broken in single use itself.

Navigation & Obstacle Handling The X8 Pro excels in SLAM-based navigation, seamlessly mapping my home’s narrow hallways and smaller rooms. Unlike some competitors, it rarely gets stuck—only minor blockages occurred with socks, a curtain, and a thin doormat. Its obstacle-avoidance algorithm is robust, though not infallible. Hair Detangling & Maintenance The brushless roller design and hair-detangling mechanism are effective, as pet hair rarely clogs the brush. However, the self-emptying system has a critical limitation: fine cat hair and dust frequently remain in the dustbin due to the dense plastic mesh and HEPA filter setup. The station’s suction is insufficient to clear debris stuck to the mesh, even in Pet Mode (15-minute auto-return cycles). In practice, this means manual intervention is required after every cleaning session—emptying the dustbin and cleaning the mesh to maintain performance. While the vacuum leaves floors clean, the lack of true "hands-free" operation is a notable drawback for busy households. Suction & Cleaning Performance Suction power is strong and consistent, leaving floors visibly clean. The multi-surface adaptability (hardwood, carpet) is reliable, though edge-cleaning could be more aggressive. App & Connectivity The eufyClean app is functional but lacks sophistication. Basic controls work, but multi-user sharing is cumbersome: users must be registered in the same region/server, or access fails.

I have had several different Robot Vacuums over the years. This one trumps them all. It is slower but more methodical. It covers every inch of your floors. The edge brush has been slowed down so as not to flick stuff so far away the robot misses picking it up. It is intelligent, the mapping is excellent, the app is excellent, suction is brilliant. Much better than the Dyson robot I had. It self empties which is a time saver. If I had anything negative to say about this I would have to say the anti-hair wrap is not that great. Hair does get wrapped around the brush but not as frequent as it used to. I have had it now for two months and it runs at least once a day and it has never got stuck. It has always found it's base for emptying and recharging. The app allows mapping of a second floor so I have it doing upstairs as well. It changes suction power to suit floor type. The app is easy to use and has a lot of functions making it easy to use this robot. The room only clean and zone clean are also excellent. Highly recommend this robot if you are looking for one. Super impressed with its performance. Cleans so well, suction is really good. It’s not intended to do a deep clean but a perfect option for maintenance cleaning. Time saver for a busy family. Easily gets under furniture. Cleans engineered and laminated flooring beautifully! I have rug in my daughter’s room and the suction was incredible. We also have a play mat from Tottle and Tumble, and it cleaned it well too. It’s not too noisy, except when it empties the dust into the SES. Mopping function was impressive too. Definitely value for money and if you’re like me, a little OCD with a clean house - then a perfect investment! Setting up was easy and the mapping function is brilliant. I’m super chuffed!

It is a great item to have, smart and clean very well
