A Sweeping Success...
I love this product!Right, now that I have your attention, read on dear reader. I bought this product, as I felt that it would help kill two birds with one stone as it were (no birds were harmed in the writing of this review). I could get the hoovering done, whilst working on the rest of the housework. The RoboVac is as relatively as compact as it can be, and is very thorough in its cleaning. Contained within the packaging, is the RoboVac itself (obviously), two boundary strips, replacement brushes, and replacement filter, a home charing station, and a remote control. The boundary strips are perfect for placing across areas you don't want the vac to go, the replacement brushes are ideal for when your brushes need replacing, same with the filter really. The remote can be used to send it to do automated cleaning, or you can control it manually, either way the option is there. To get started, you'll need to make sure you download the Eufy app. You'll need that to set it up, and be able to control it from your phone too. Also, if you have an Echo device, you can get the Eufy skill, and link your accounts to control it using Alexa. I found the set up process to be very quick and easy. A very straightforward process, that should even be idiot proof. Within minutes I had R2D2 up and running, and gliding about the house doing the cleaning.Upon putting my RoboVac together, I was faced with a slight issue, that being that the clip on the dust collector tray was broken. It had arrived like this. Whilst the product still worked ok, it had the ability to get worse due to how it was broken, and require replacing. Worried that I would have to send the whole thing back, and await the arrival of another, whole new product, I was put in contact with ANKER who produce this product, and supplied it through Amazon. To my amazement, they didn't require anything to be sent back, and very swiftly arranged a replacement part, all they needed were some brief details of the fault, and some pictures of it. Within 24 hours of me contacting them, they had responded, and were arranging a replacement part be dispatched out to me. It has since arrived, and works perfectly. I have no doubt that this was an isolated issue, and was resolved very quickly and very professionally. It is for this reason, that I have not deducted a star for this. The product itself, well, it sucks, but in a good way. It sucks how it is meant to suck, it gets up all the dust and dirt that it needs to. I know that's quite a sweeping statement (it does that too), but I was surprised at how much such a small and compact RoboVac can pick up, and how dirty the floor actually was, genuinely doesn't look that bad at all. The RoboVac does well at learning its surroundings, and will cover the whole floor, it even manages to get into corners. It has sensors all around which prevent it from crashing into things, and also keeps it away from the edge of the stairs, so that it doesn't take a tumble.I am pleased that I have made the investment in this product, and it is a product I would recommend if you are looking to purchase one of these. If you have a dog, however, a couple of tips, get your dog used to it, otherwise you may find your dog chasing it around trying to attack it, or running away from it. Also make sure that your dog hasn't left a little surprise anywhere before activating it, otherwise you may find that you have some lovely brown smears across your floor. One other thing, before I go, the RoboVac can be given a name on the app, and I am torn with what to call it. R2D2 is clearly an option as a Star Wars fan, and I know someone else has called theirs Meryl Sweep, I'm kinda liking Dusty Springclean to be honest...Seriously, if you are looking for one of these, I highly recommend.

One of my best friends! Welcome, Tranz
does everything it said in the ad, great value for price i paid, a brilliant lightweight and intelligent cleaner for short pile carpets and hard floors, great for getting rid of lightweight fluff, pet hair and dust. Be WARNED: (commonsense really): keep any tasselled rug edges out the way, and shoelaces. It isn't keen on eating dead flies, unfortunately - neither am i! The Dyson will sort that out. I don't run it unsupervised, coz it WILL negotiate shallow carpet bars and go hide where you maybe haven't planned. The old cat doesn't mind it either, it's quite a pleasant humming noise. Like that is tells you what it's doing. Mine has a name, "Tranz" coz it's tranzformed my cleaning. Strongly recommend.

Overall a great product, bought again after several years. Not perfect but great value.
This is overall an excellent product, I bought one a few years ago and it sadly died after using it twice daily for two years, and couldn't be fixed so in researching its replacement I ended up buying the same one again as it was such as simple good product. I can tell they have updated it and made changes the filters and software meaning it's still current. After several years of use here's the key takeawaysPros -1) much better at actually cleaning than i expected, gets into the corners, maps the room and recognises if you've taken it upstairs to another known map. You can set deeper cleans too, such as at night or while you are at work, you can tell it to do the kitchen or set areas twice.2) It can deal with changes in furniture or people, never has an issue finding where it is even if you think the surroundings may have changed.3) the self-emptying dust collection is really good, i've tested it and it really does empty the full tank really well. The dustbins liners last a long time and they're easy to empty if you prefer to spend a bit of time fiddling it if don't want to order fresh ones.4) Its pretty good at climbing small ledges like change in flooring, matts or rugs.5) the active detangling is good at ensuring hair doesn't wrap around the roller6) The base station is really compact, easy to set up and compared to others ive seen isn't as massive or space taking. although the instructions share you need clearance either side, mine works fine up against a cupboard and within a small alcove. The base station size and compactness is what swayed me to re-buy. Also, it comes with a carpet base matt, if you want to place it on carpet giving you more choice.7) the smart integration is really good when it works (i've had issues recently but this may be Alexa or Eufy not sure what the issue is). Alexa ask robovac to go home is great for when you are in a work call.8) Customer service is really good, messaging through amazon chat is the easiest, they sent me new filters when I got an old version by accident, and they continued to check back to ensure I was satisfied or if it was resolved.Cons1) It gets stuck quite a bit, a sock or cable will mean you come home to it stuck and it hasn't been able to finish it's clean, it doesn't have the avoidance features some have, ie notices a shoe or a sock and goes around it, can't do that so if you have a cluttered floor from kids or lazy husbands all the time you might get frustrated with having to help it all the time.2) It can be noisy going over tiles, but i think a recent firmware update has helped this.3) The self emptying is very loud, this is ok for me as i set it to only empty every few times, but some people may be frustrated with the loudness.4) the filter still needs to be cleaned, it does a good job at emptying the tray, but you still need to complete the filter cleaning regularly5) The mop tank needs filling often, if you want to use this regularly, if you want it as an accessional mop this is not an issue.Overall I would recommend this, it's often on amazon for 349/320GBP so wait for a sale.

Surprised and Impressed!
I'll be honest: I was a bit skeptical about getting a robot vacuum, but a friend of mine kept insisting I try the eufy L60. I'm so glad I listened! The initial setup was a total breeze. I had it connected to my Wi-Fi and synced with the eufy app in just a few minutes. The interface is intuitive, and I didn't run into any of the "smart home headaches" I was worried about. The cleaning performance is what really blew me away. I wasn't expecting it to be this thorough, but it picks up everything. It handles carpets remarkably well, transitioning from hard floors without losing suction power. I also frequently leverage the multi-floor mapping feature, which works perfectly for the different levels of my home. The only minor "issue" I encountered is that the sensors can get a bit confused by large mirrors (I have floor-to-ceiling mirrors on my wardrobe doors). To fix this, I just had to temporarily cover the bottom of the mirrors while it did the initial mapping. Once the map was saved, I added a no-go line in the app for extra safety, and it hasn't had a problem since! If you're on the fence like I was, take the plunge. It's efficient, smart, and has definitely exceeded my expectations. Total lifesaver!

Love it! And great value!
Love it! Does everything you could ever need and was a good price too. Can clean everything or you can choose rooms or zones, set schedules, it climbs up little ledges if you have different floor heights. Easy to empty. Really easy to use. Can't fault it really!

Absolutely brilliant!
This has to be the best purchase I have ever made. What a difference it has made to our lives. With 2 cats and 2 dogs I spent hours hoovering but now not only does the Eufy automatically wander around the house at midnight but I can set it off at any time with the click of a button.Revolutionary.Does it bump into things-yes!Does it get under your feet from time to time - also yes.Does it like to try and climb the base of the bar stools- again yes.But bear with me. It is like a cute, not so cuddly pet. It is quiet and yet powerful, it amazes me everything I empty the dustbin just how much it picks up.If you leave a door open it will wander out and clean out there too.Honestly, my favourite purchase ever!

Get one!
I've only had it a week, but this thing is incredible. It's mapped out all of downstairs for me - about 1000 sq ft. I've now got a super accurate floorplan of the house, which I easily labelled up with room names in the app so I can ask it to clean a specific room if I want. It now cleans my house everyday at 7pm. I thought we had a relatively clean house before, but this thing has made such a difference. The house looks amazingly clean! It evens copes with our massive long pile rug which I thought it might get stuck on, but it does a great job on it. Honestly, just take the plunge and get it, it's a game changer.Oh and Watch out for cheaper versions without 'LIDAR' - you definitely want that feature, which this has.

This really has changed my life !
Where do I start... I work in tech, so am always hankering after gadgets and tech-toys, and to be honest I thought that this might end up as being a bit of a gimmick. I purchased it on the Prime Deal as it was a great price, and I thought, for that, it was worth a gamble. However, it wasn't completely a impulse buy, I first spent a number of hours on the internet, researching Eufy, and looking at all the alternatives - of which there are quite a lot, I was surprised to see. I watched many of the you tube reviews, again on this and the others, and time and time again, the Eufy 30c came out doing really well. So I ordered it!When it arrived, it was well packed, and came with some spare filters and brushes - so you don't have to worry about that when you order. I subsequently looked on Amazon, and there are filter and brush kits readily available, so that's good too. He (lol) had some charge in the battery already, but I did put him on the base and allowed a full charge before using. This didn't take as long as I thought it was going to, but as I say, it already had some charge in the battery.Whilst it was charging I downloaded the app on my tablet and also my phone, and that was all very quick and easy. Very straight forward if you are not that comfortable with tech. When it was ready, I pressed the auto mode button in the app - and he was off ! I believe he has 9 infrared detectors and the bumper on the front to help him find his way, and avoid obstacles. On IQ Boost the suction motor adjusts itself depending on what surface he is on, so on a stone tiled floor, he is nice and quiet, and really not that noticeable. On thicker carpet, or rugs, he may increase his suction, which raises the noise level, but nowhere near like a regular vacuum cleaner. The suction power is surprisingly strong, and coupled with the underside rotating brush, he picks up pretty much everything. I really like the two front brushes which pick up everything and shoot it into the path of the underside sucker - very efficient! We are not untidy people and tend to vacuum probably every other day, as we have cats and dogs - but since having Eufy, we have not had to get the regular cleaner out. In his app, you can schedule when he cleans, and we have him set for each work day morning at 06:00, and 07:00 at the weekend. He wakes up at the set time and off he goes, running for about an hour and 20 minutes before, dropping into low power mode and heading home. Our house is a quite large, 4 bed, detached, and he is keeping on top of the cleaning really well. As he lives downstairs, which is where his charging point is, we will often carry him upstairs and let him loose up there too.As he is very low, he will clean under cupboards and in particular - beds! The underside of our beds have never been so dust free! The downside it though, until he gets on top of those generally unseen areas, you do have to empty him quite a lot. He has a 0.6 litre capacity bin, which is very easy to empty and keep clean. You will be amazed at just how much he picks up! Worth a mention as well, is the fact he has special sensors underneath which detect drop-offs, like the top of the stairs. They work well, he gets to the edge and just simply turns around. So, there must be some negatives - you must be thinking? Well, the only one I can really talk about is the way in which he finds his way around. I must say that this isn't a game changer for me, I knew it when I purchased, and its not that big a deal. But, he finds his way around randomly. So each time he detects an object which makes him change direction, he will simply, turn and go. I don't think that there is any thought to it. What do I mean by that? Well, the more expensive robot vacs have proper mapping technology. So they map out each room, and learn the layout of your house - and this makes the finding of the charge point a much more efficient process - as the device 'knows' where to return to straight away. With Eufy, when he drops to low power mode, he has to continue his random was around the house until he detects the signal from the charge base, and that seems to be a line-of-sight affair. We have found him flat on occasion having not managed to find his way back before the battery has given out. But it really is no big deal as 9 times out of 10 he makes it back home. The other issue, I'm led to believe, with not having the mapping, is it apparently makes him less efficient when cleaning. As with mapping the device knows where it has been, so doesn't do it again. With random, he cleans everything a number of times. Does this bother me, or cause any issues? Absolutely not. I don't know how the software works, but he cleans everywhere, very well, and as I say, 9/10 makes it back to his charging base without any help. What else can I say about our Eufy? Well, he fully integrates with Alexa, which was very easy to setup, so we do voice control him, sending him home for example, when we think he has cleaned enough, which he will often do in our large house, before his battery is flat. Finally his aesthetics. He looks great! Really modern & high-tech. Sleek back finish, and a high gloss, glass top, with his blue power light, and wi-fi indicator. In conclusion: Would I recommend getting one? You bet I would! Its funny as friends who come around often start chuckling about getting a robot vac, as they know what I'm like with my tech. But that is until they see him in action! Then they all want to take him home! Also if you are a little older and maybe have to rely on some help around the house, this would be perfect for you.

Great timesaver
The Robovac has exceeded my expectations already! It easily navigates the floor, rugs and any obstacles left on the floor without getting tangled up or stuck. The slim design means it can clean under the sofa and beds, and the magnetic boundary strips allow you can section off areas that you don't want cleaned or to section off rooms, etc.Setup is quick and easy, and the Robovac can be paired to the wifi so it can be operated remotely or to a set time schedule through the EufyHome app or Alexa if you have one. It also comes with a handy remote control which allows you set it to work at the simple press of the button which is great for a quick clean or to spot clean. Emptying the dust box is quick and easy and the capacity is plenty big. As an added bonus, the RoboVac returns itself to the charging station at the end of each clean so it's always charged when you need it.The RoboVac takes up a lot less room than a standard upright hoover which is great if you're short of space.Overall RoboVac is a great piece of kit at a great price for the level of functionality it provides.

The X8 Pro delivers on core promises
Navigation & Obstacle HandlingThe X8 Pro excels in SLAM-based navigation, seamlessly mapping my home’s narrow hallways and smaller rooms. Unlike some competitors, it rarely gets stuck—only minor blockages occurred with socks, a curtain, and a thin doormat. Its obstacle-avoidance algorithm is robust, though not infallible.Hair Detangling & MaintenanceThe brushless roller design and hair-detangling mechanism are effective, as pet hair rarely clogs the brush. However, the self-emptying system has a critical limitation: fine cat hair and dust frequently remain in the dustbin due to the dense plastic mesh and HEPA filter setup. The station’s suction is insufficient to clear debris stuck to the mesh, even in Pet Mode (15-minute auto-return cycles). In practice, this means manual intervention is required after every cleaning session—emptying the dustbin and cleaning the mesh to maintain performance. While the vacuum leaves floors clean, the lack of true "hands-free" operation is a notable drawback for busy households.Suction & Cleaning PerformanceSuction power is strong and consistent, leaving floors visibly clean. The multi-surface adaptability (hardwood, carpet) is reliable, though edge-cleaning could be more aggressive.App & ConnectivityThe eufyClean app is functional but lacks sophistication. Basic controls work, but multi-user sharing is cumbersome: users must be registered in the same region/server, or access fails.
