One of them was missing the top of the lock. Didn’t even go to the work of installing them if I could only do 3.

2019 Ford F150 Lariat
Installed these on my 2019 Ford F-150 and they fit perfectly. Installation was simple—just remove the old ones and screw these on. They fit all four doors with no issues. Everything works as expected, no problems with fitment or functionality. Highly recommend.
