The Ultimate Snitch! … I mean fitness tracker…
Ah, the Fitbit Charge 6—your new best frenemy in the battle for better health (and the approval of your health insurance company). Right out of the box, it’s sleek, stylish, and ready to broadcast your every step, heart rate spike, and moment of despair to the digital overlords. Activity Tracking: This thing tracks your steps, your sleep, your workouts, and probably your grocery runs when you’re just trying to survive the week. Gone are the days of skipping the gym without consequence—your Fitbit will ensure Big Health Insurance knows exactly how much effort you’re putting in. But hey, at least it’s motivation to hit those 10,000 steps, right? Stress Monitoring: The Charge 6 is especially handy at work. Having a rough day? Bam! Your Fitbit buzzes: “You seem stressed. Maybe try some breathing exercises?” Oh, thank you, electronic wrist therapist. My boss might be yelling, but at least my wearable is invested in my mental well-being. It’s like having a tiny, passive-aggressive life coach strapped to your arm. Battery Life: It lasts forever—or at least long enough to capture every second of your highly active Netflix binging sessions, which apparently doesn’t count as cardio. Thanks for the judgment, Fitbit. Other Features: The heart rate monitor is great. It even noticed my heart doing gymnastics during my last performance review. And the notifications? Perfect for reminding me to “move” when I’m clearly busy trying to avoid the existential dread of adulthood. Final Thoughts: The Fitbit Charge 6 is everything I expected and more: a health guru, a tattletale, and a sassy life coach rolled into one. If you want to stay fit, stay accountable, and let your insurance provider feel like a proud parent, this is the tracker for you. Just remember, when it buzzes “relax,” it doesn’t mean “quit your job,” no matter how tempting that sounds. 4/5 stars. One star deducted for knowing too much about me. Just kidding, it’s keeping my health insurance costs lower - that’s something right???

As Advertised; Boring App
Bought this for my wife. I really like the color, and it tracks various health metrics pretty well. Google could make the app a little more fun. It feels clinical and boring. Her watch arrived with zero charge, so I'm not sure how that might affect the battery life. It lasted around 6 days. It feels pretty comfortable.

Best Fitness Tracker!
Excellent product! My Wife loves it. Got her the Fitbit Charge 6 with Coral Strap. We each have had Fitbit Trackers since June 2016 and have recorded every step & mile each of us has made since then. We have both covered over 7000 miles each. Great App & Tracker. Simple to use yet very extensive in the things that it measures. Can't say enough good things about it.

Great FitBit watch that Google could have made better if they wanted to. They didn't...
I bought a FitBit Charge 5 about 5 months after it first came out and I really liked it. It could have used a few more functions and battery life is only as good as they say it should be (7-8 days) if you give it all night (8 hours) to charge, not the 1-2 hours they advertise. Unfortunately, the screen died after 2-1/2 years, so I bought the 6. The Charge 6 works as well as the 5 did which is GREAT, but Google added "features" that are basically useless unless you're willing to pay, and pay BIG! Like, they finally gave a screen to allow you to control music, but only in YouTube music! They added Google Maps, but the screen is so small on the Charge that I really fail to see the value in it. They added a "button" on the side (a bump really) that basically does nothing but turn the screen on when you squeeze both sides of the watch. Uhh, the screen comes on automatically when you turn it toward you, so what's the point? (Yes, there is a setting where you can have the screen on all the time, but it will deplete the battery much faster.) And why can't I put the exercises in the list in the order I want like I could on the Charge 5???? When you click on an exercise, it then stays on top of the list until you select another, and then it moves down below that one. I liked it better the old way where I could list up to 5 and in the order I wanted. There are some new screens that give you more data without having to open the phone app, like my sleep score, so that's good. Just don't see why Google didn't take some of the suggestions and complaints that are plentiful on the forums and fix things like they should have. If you're not going to give the features that everyone seems to want, then don't "fix it if it ain't broke"! The phone app is OK, and it has improved over the years. It can still be a bit hard to find things at times, but once you get used to where everything is, it's not too bad. One feature that does not work, is the button for the user manual. It downloads a file that the app won't open (and nothing else will either), so you have to go to the FitBit website and download it from the Support page. And believe me, you WANT the user manual if you're going to use all the functions the 6 has! And, it's nice that you don't have to pay for the "Premium" functions to have the app work the way it's supposed to. I have a small wrist and I like the fit without a big, bulky "smart" watch that doesn't fit and gets caught on things all the time. There are lots of band options on Amazon, so you're sure to find something that works for you. But I have to ask, why does the "gold" watch come with a "Coral" (read: orange) band?? Seriously? The gold watch looks great with a black or dark blue band. Rather classy! I like this FitBit so much that I bought another one, so I guess that's about the best recommendation I can give!

This tracker is terrible, stay away!!!
Stay Away! This fitness tracker is THIRSTY!!! It's thirsty for your personal health data and phone battery like a single guy on ladies night. This piece of garbage will DRAIN your phone's battery unless you go online, find out about it's 25 secret menus and how to open them, open up all 25 secret menus and turn off all the ways it's taking your data and sending it to "Google Labs." Even when you manage to turn off the 257 ways it's collecting and selling your data, it will still find ways around this, but you will only know because your phone's battery will all of a sudden be at like 12% at 9 am, which means another "fun" hour of you reading Reddit posts to find out which new secret menus you have to find to turn back off all the crap you already did. This tracker sucks. I admit that the features are there, I mean yeah it tracks steps, heart rate, sleep etc. But it also gives you bogus scores on metrics not recognized by ACTUAL SCIENCE such as your daily "readiness" score based on nothing more than flim flammery and an idea cooked up by a "scientists at Google Labs, a subsidiary of Doofensmertz Labs. So if this tracker decides your heart rate was 2 bpm higher this morning than usual and your skin temp was 2 degrees colder, it will tell you that you are only 48% ready for today. This is NOT science nor science based, it's made up magical thinking and a perfect example of a self-fulfilling prophecy. Listen folks, I admit that it does MOST of what it says it does, but it also doesn't do a lot of things it says (daily readiness is not based on science, and it also somehow tracks your mindfullness??? Some of that crap may be useful to some people I guess. Based on my experience, 5 months using it daily, there's only one thing I can really count on it to do: continually find ways to drain the life out of my battery like no one's business--I'm talking drained from 109%=down to 27% within 4 hours, no joke nor exaggeration! It's clear to me that this mistake, I mean fitness tracker, was really only designed to do one thing: steal, I mean collect, your personal health data and send it to a "lab" (what REAL scientists work at "Google Labs"?) where they monetize it. And what do you get? Well you get a subpar product, with a cool colored band (okay, yeah I do love the coral band, but that's it) at a relatively cheap price (you pay them back with giving them a constant flow of free health data to sell) that drains your battery, steals your personal health data, and all because it is using lazy, crappy programming on the app, which sucks unless you pay a yearly fee to make it suck just a little less. Buy my used one, it's for sale on the marketplace. I'm done with such a broken product. But if you're smart you probably shouldn't buy mine. You should buy ANY other fitness tracker out there. Seriously. Any. Other. Health tracker. Anything. Even some of brand Chinese crap tief to an old piece of rubber would probably work better than this Google/Fitbit mistake...I mean collab. Stay away! You're welcome!

W O W...
I never imagined that I would ever have a Fitbit. I returned a heart-monitoring smartwatch because it had too many permissions and I didn't want all the social media apps. The Charge 6 does exactly what I need. I have afib, my heart rate goes all over the place, and I needed something to monitor my heart rate continuously. If my heart rate gets too high, it vibrates & I get a notification. If it drops too low, it vibrates & I get a notification. I can also do an instant ECG, view the results on my wrist or go to the Fitbit app and view it on a chart. I can even send the results to my cardiologist - all for FREE. There 'is' a premium pay service available but I've yet to find a reason why I'd need it.

Fitbit Charge 6 Delivers!
I’ve been using the Fitbit Charge 6 for a year now, and it’s hands-down the best fitness tracker I’ve owned. The upgraded features and improved accuracy make it a great step up from previous models. First off, the heart rate tracking is spot-on, even during intense workouts. I’ve compared it with gym equipment and it’s consistently accurate. The built-in GPS is a game-changer too – I can leave my phone behind during runs and still get detailed route data. I also love the Google integration. Being able to use Google Maps directions on my wrist and control YouTube Music right from the band is surprisingly useful. It feels like a mini smartwatch but without the bulk. Battery life is solid – I get about 6–7 days on a single charge with moderate use, including daily workouts, sleep tracking, and notifications. Speaking of sleep tracking, the insights have helped me improve my nightly routine. The Charge 6 breaks down sleep stages clearly and offers tips that actually make a difference. Overall, the Fitbit Charge 6 is smart, sleek, and packed with features that genuinely support a healthier lifestyle. If you’re serious about fitness or just want to be more mindful of your activity, this is 100% worth it.

Quality Product, Great Price
Having owned the Fitbit Charge 5 for several years, I was quite disappointed when it finally stopped charging. After carefully considering my options for a replacement, I ultimately decided to upgrade to this newer model, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The innovative features and noticeable improvements compared to my previous model make this a truly fantastic upgrade, and I am already thoroughly enjoying using it and experiencing the enhanced functionality it provides.

Fitbit Charger 6 Good Overall not Without Faults
The Fitbit Charge 6 arrived well packaged and on time, giving a great first impression straight out of the box. Setup was very straightforward, and it charges surprisingly quickly, which is ideal if you use it daily and don’t want long downtime between charges. Syncing the tracker with the Fitbit app was simple and hassle-free. The app itself is well designed, easy to navigate, and comes with all the monitoring and tracking features readily installed. Health stats, exercise tracking, sleep monitoring, and notifications are all clearly presented, making it easy to keep on top of daily goals and progress. On the downside, after only five days of use the tracker screen went black and required a reboot. Thankfully, the handy button on the USB charging cable made restarting the device quick and easy, but it was still disappointing to experience an issue so early on. Overall, despite the minor reliability issue, the Fitbit Charge 6 is easy to use, feature packed, and supported by an excellent app experience.
