What a great combo of attachments these are. The grater is perfect is whizzed right through my cheese. Can’t believe how fast and efficient it is. Although I’ve only used it on cucumbers and radish so far the slicer is awesome. The clean up is so easy. The pieces are dishwasher safe. Sizing of the pieces are perfect they don’t take a lot of room. I’m very, very happy with these atachments.

I had the plastic ones but this is so much better Zero issues with the process.

The design makes this easy to use and easy to clean! It is time-saving and helps to prepare meals much faster! I would highly recommend this steel slicer shredder attachment!

Great to slice cucumbers & onions thin for thunder & lightening; easy to use, & cleans up nice. I used it to grate yellow squash & onions for squash fritters & it was awesome. It clogged up but I used a knife safely to scrap it out as it turned.... no problem. I always used a large bowl because it can get messy & I found a large mixing bowl was perfect to catch the vegetables. Then I just used same bowl to mix the rest of the ingredients together. For the money it was great, since it was universal it fit my Kenmore Elite perfect.

I’ve used these once since I got them at Christmas and I have to say I love them! I prefer freshly grated cheese but don’t usually have the time to shred it for any recipe. Easy to use and clean!

My manual hand unit is losing its suction, and just too much trouble to use so I was cutting potatoes by hand. This attachment set did not cost much more than the manual set - I did not realize I even had this option on my barely used 6 yo KA mixer. I prepare hash-browns nearly everyday, and the ease with which the attachments attach and function is unbelievable. I have used the shredders and the slicer, and it is quick and easy to assemble/disassemble, and everything fits perfectly. I've sliced cucumbers and carrots, and shredded potatoes and cheese. After ordering this set I saw the genuine KA attachments for just a couple of dollars more, but really cannot imagine any difference in how the KA attachments would function from these. I am lazy about assembling and disassembling anything, but this is so easy it is not a chore at all. My mixer is huge and heavy, but because I use the attachments everyday I put the mixer on the counter and am leaving it there. How did I not know these attachments existed?! Buy with confidence if you have the KA mixer.

it slices ok but pretty thin for most cuts, could be thicker for fried potatoes. the grater works pretty well.

This is literally the best thing I've ever purchased for my kitchen. It makes grating cheese, veggies, anything so easy! It's a little tedious to clean in all the nooks and crannies but it's 100% worth it! Also it works on a cuisinart mixer, not just kitchen aid 👍

Arrived with a bent cutting cylinder. Food jams inside the cylinder rather than falling out. Needs to be fully cleaned when you swap blades. Has a strange clicking sound. All up a box grater and a knife would be quicker. Think I am going return and buy a propper food processor. I see why Kitchen aid doesn’t make a version of this, is not high preference.
