Welnove Toe Straightener Hammer Toes Corrector Pack of 2 (3 Holes) for Claw Toe Mallet Toe Contracted Toe and Cured Toe Hammer Toe Splint

I had Plantar fasciitis (Fasciotomy; Gastrocnemius Recession) surgery January 6, 2025. My toes formed hammer toe from these procedures. The ball of my foot, and heal became so excruciating I couldn't bate to walk on them but for limited times. My calf muscle locked up and become extremely painful. After 6 months of physical therapy twice a week every week the surgeon went back in doing the same as before but more invasive and adding the cutting of the tendons to my toes (Fasciotomy; Gastrocnemius Recession; Tenotomy Surgery). My toes have since started curling AGAIN. My physical therapist helped me find these February 2026. I feel like if I had these after the first surgery I wouldn't have had to get the second surgery to correct the hammer toe. I may not have even needed the 1st surgery if I had started using this prior. If you pull the elastic through to the (left) first toe and loosen it up some and then do the same for the middle so that its a comfortable fit and then tighten the loose strap comfortably under and I applied a sock over it to hold it in place. For the first few uses I laid with my foot elevated and left it on for about 10-15 minutes. I did this various times throughout the first few days each time I was able to tolerate more time. After about the third day I was able to apply a shoe and wear while walking around. Within the week my hammer toes have space, have straightened out, I am able to tolerate standing, walking, etc, for longer periods, my hip is not hurting as bad, and my spirits and hopes have been lifted that I may one day get back to a semi normal walking manner and life ALL thanks to this product.

not for rigid toes!! The elastic just slips off. the Elastic pulls from the end, this means that only the last toe get the benefit. The first toe doesn't tighten at all. This good for folks with still flexible toes. Only works on the three middle toes as pictured. You are S.O.L. if you help with the pinky.

My feet must be huge compared to the product photo. I did not not see any instructions in the packaging. They seem to be doing what they are intended to do. However, getting the toes into the loops and tightening and loosening is not easy. I started using an awl for that procedure. Hope that other customers can bend their legs, ankles and feet enough to get them on and adjust them because it is a yogaesque struggle for me! I think I am wearing them the other way around now, but the pad still projects well beyond the end of my toes.

Notice to ALL The design is altered. It no longer covers the big toe. To me, this is the real big problem. For cross toe issues you kind of need the two main toes that are crossing to be covered by straps. The large one gets smoosh and strained - a great deal. For this product to work you need it to be stabilized as much as it can be. The second toe does the crossing in my case. With a great deal of pressure- this needing the first not to move around and succumb to the added pressure of the second toe. This isn’t brain science but it should include some science in its production. I’d be happy to help or get some engineers around here that can assist Not being sarcastic. This is a very good system it can just be improved I’m writing this because it’s a good system

Does a great job of keeping toes in place.

It felt fine at first but by late afternoon, one of my hammertoes was excruciatingly painful. So I had to take it off.

strap material is extremely uncomfortable and rubs toe skin raw. also the fit is not exact ad he straps don't align over each toe as shown in the example photo and there is no adjustment for this in the design. these did not work at all for me so it was a waste of money.

This is the second time we have purchased these. My husband has issues with his toe after having had surgery twice. This splint really helps his pain.

Si funciona para lo indicado, solo que dependiendo que tanto lo uses, es como resistirá la parte trasera, ya que esta hecho de material suave, tal vez con algo más rígido estaría perfecto para que resista más tiempo.

Difficult to put up and if tight , gets uncomfortable but works

If I had size 10 feet these might have been vaguely helpful. Instead, just useless pieces of tat. Awful quality and awful to look at.
