I love this shampoo and conditioner. I have coarse curly hair and it had stopped growing. I have been using this product for over a year. My hair grew half way down my back. The conditioner leaves my hair soft and silky. Now, when I straighten it, it looks amazingly healthy. I also use the spray leave-in conditioner. The only issues I have had is the condition of the bottles when they arrived. One had the cap off and spilled inside the box. The other delivery had a broken cap. Both were easily replaced and I have my favorite hair product. I have not found these at any department store. Thank goodness I found them online.

Great product, AWFUL packaging/shipping
I have been using this product for approximately 5 months, and I have had people randomly tell me that they see a difference in my hair! NEW growth where hair has been thinning, and noticeable added length and fullness. So the product is great! BUT the packaging and shipping is horrible. I ordered several, since there was a Black Friday discount... ALL 5 sets were damaged, boxes ripped and broken (one was in a plastic bag with pieces of the box inside the bag... meaning it was ripped apart WHEN they shipped it). And ALL of the bottles were leaking and oozing all over each other and the boxes. It is a MESS, and several of the bottles lost so much in spilling that they are 2 inches down from being full. From reading reviews, this is apparently common?. Again, the product is amazing and I have been telling friends about it. But they need to do something about their shipping and processing.

Ladies with natural hair style, try it, you will like it!!
African American senior female with thinning hair. My hair dresser recommended the shampoo but I purchased the conditioner. No pungent scent which is a plus for me. I have thinning hair on left side. Only used for a month so I can't attest to thickening yet. I do trust my beautician's recommendations.
