I use this for my rosacea as sometimes my face is so red/sore I can't tolerate anything else. This doesn't cause any stinging and dries down quickly, so no greasy feeling on my face. I use it as a mask when my face is particularly irritated. It is a bit drying, but the zinc is soothing and it helps my redness. You'll need to moisturise later, but this isn't a problem as I do this overnight to help my barrier. This is really good value and I'll continue to purchase.

Fantastic product. My neck was really irritated from tretinoin and was starting to get really itchy too and this was very effective at calming the inflammation and calming the itching, which was probably the worst bit of all. I have used much more expensive products that come with less product and they were not nearly as effective as this product was. It does leave a white cast due to the high zinc oxide content, same as it does with zinc based sunscreens, but honestly I couldn't care less. The product is so effective at what it does the aesthetics do not concern me.

Helped calm my eczema down

I read the reviews but was unsure if this would help. Using it for an adult who needs to wear incontinence pads, the pads are leaving them very itchy, spotty with some cuts and raw skin! We have tried everything and nothing was clearing it up. We've used this on them every day for the last week the raw skin and pain cleared up within 2/3 days and the rest had eased over the week too. As a barrier cream its been amazing they arent feeling the itching and burning now (prolonged use of incontinence pads has left them with dermatitis) they have expressed how much more comfortable they are feeling so if like us you were looking for something to help adults who have to use incontinence pads. Give it a try because it really had been a godsend! It does have a slight scent, its a very thick ointment but although we are cleaning it off and reapplying it, it does last a good amount of time! Very easy to apply and the size of the tube is perfect!

Wasn't sure what to expect from this cream, as I've tried all sorts of different things. Somehow, this is like my holy grail! I have absolutely crazy skin, and ongoing eczema on my feet. It's helping to heal that up along with a mild steroid which I apply first and let dry, then apply the zinc cream on top. It's honestly so amazing. The bottle size is decent and will last a long time for me! It's not overly moisturising, but it is an incredible barrier cream It doesn't really have any smell other than a mild "clean" scent. I've used this on cuts, spots, and on eczema, my teenager has tried it on his skin and it's just such a decent multi use cream. Application wise, I just use my fingers and rinse afterwards. Definitely leaves a white hue to your skin, but I'm pale as anything so it's barely noticeable on me!

Literally the best zinc based cream/ointment around. I use it on spots, nappy rash, sores, bites and it instantly soothes then works very quickly to heal and moisturises at the same time. UNFORTUNATELY THE FORMULA HAS CHANGED SO NOT AS GOOD

I want to leave a review for anyone searching and suffering like I was not too long ago, with perioral dermatitis. This cream along with a sulfur soap has almost completely healed the dry, broken irritated skin within a week. If you're in the same situation as me, please give this a try!

I bought to help my son’s eczema but unfortunately didn’t help. However the product is of good quality, easy to apply, quite thick so a little goes along way.

I have atopic dermatitis and this cream helped me to heal redness of the skin on the face, neck and shoulders. I have used Cerave after shower and then applied ABENA, so it will not dry skin too much. Used it two times a week. Now just one time a week. Before sleep or in the evening. Great product: price and quality.
