Trusted reliable brand
I recently used LIQUI MOLY Molygen New Generation 5W-30 for an oil change and overall Iโm very impressed with the quality. The oil feels like a premium product and the difference in engine smoothness was noticeable almost immediately after the change. The engine runs quieter and smoother, especially during cold starts. This oil uses advanced additive technology designed to reduce friction and protect internal engine components, which helps improve efficiency and extend engine life. It also helps prevent deposits and keeps the engine cleaner over time. () Another thing I like is that it maintains stable viscosity even under high temperatures and heavy driving conditions. It provides excellent lubrication and wear protection while also helping improve fuel efficiency. The oil is also compatible with modern engines, including turbocharged applications, this is a high-quality synthetic motor oil that provides excellent protection and performance. If youโre looking for a reliable oil that keeps the engine running smoothly and helps reduce wear, this is definitely a great option and worth the price.

Smooth, Quiet, and Reliable Protection
I recently switched over to this oil and itโs honestly one of the best upgrades Iโve made for my 2018 Mazda 3 Hatchback 2.5L. The 5 liter jug is the perfect amount for a full change, and I really like knowing itโs a high-quality fully synthetic formula that gives my engine the protection it deserves. The first thing I noticed was how much smoother cold starts becameโno more of that rough, clunky sound in the mornings. The engine feels quieter overall and runs more efficiently, like itโs not straining as much. Iโve also seen fewer deposits and buildup, which gives me peace of mind about long-term wear. Another thing I appreciate is that itโs designed with modern engines in mindโsafe for turbocharged setups and catalytic converters. It also blends easily with other oils, which makes topping off simple if I ever need to. Highlights for me: Excellent cold-start protection, even on chilly mornings. Noticeable improvement in smoothness and reduced engine noise. Works well with todayโs engines, including turbos. Easy to mix when topping off. Overall, this oil gives me confidence that my engine is well-protected and performing at its best. Definitely feels like a premium choice thatโs worth it.

Cheap Insurance
It's been 5 days since I switched my oil from Royal Purple to Liqui Moly, and I feel like I can now give an honest review. Many people I talked to didn't like that I'm buying fancy, overpriced oil, suggesting I change it more frequently to save money. Well, after just 5 days of daily driving my 2014 Chevy Tahoe, I've noticed some differences. Please note, I'm not a mechanic; I'm just sharing my opinion. While I have some experience turning a wrench, my car knowledge is slightly above average. Over the past 5 days, here are some things I've noticed: I had a very quiet lifter tick before this oil change, which is now 100% gone. The only thing you can hear is the pure V8 rumble. The oil pressure went up slightly (see pics) when cold, and idling sits pretty high, almost at 40 PSI. Once warmed up, it's more around 28-30 PSI. Before the switch, it sat at around 20 (warm) and 30 (cold). Every time I've taken it on the highway, I stomp on the gas to get up to speed, and the needle is almost touching 60 PSI. So, it seems the oil is flowing better, and the internals are getting proper lubrication. MPG hasn't improved; it won't go lower than 15 mpg, and the highest I've gotten is 15.5 mpg (I have a heavy foot, and I have all terrain tires on my Tahoe). Also, I have the plug-in AFM disabler, so it's in V8 mode all the time. It's not much more expensive than what I was paying before. The total price for oil and filter comes out to $90.36 after tax, while I was paying about $75 for the Royal Purple high mileage oil I used before. So far, the pros are quiet lifters and improved oil flow. Cons are it's more expensive and harder to get (only at Amazon/NAPA). You can obviously use what you want, but for those interested in trying it out, here you go! In my opinion itโs just cheap insurance for your motor. Sure you can buy cheap oil and change it more frequently or you can buy Liqui Moly and maximize the life of your motor.

Liquid Gold for Your Engine! ๐ข๏ธ๐ฅ
I didnโt think Iโd get excited about motor oil, but here we areโLiqui Moly Molygen 5W-40 has officially made me feel like a car enthusiast. If you're serious about keeping your engine purring like a kitten, this stuff is like giving it a spa day with an energy drink chaser. First off, this isnโt just any old motor oilโitโs high-tech motor oil. Weโre talking German engineering at its finest. The neon green color? Oh yeah, it looks as cool as it sounds, and trust me, when you see that green oil running through your engine, you know you're in for some serious performance. ๐ข๐ฏ Why do I love it? Engine protection: This oil is like a security blanket for your engine. It reduces friction like a champ, so parts glide smoothly, which means less wear and tear. Translation: your engine will thank you with better performance and a longer life. Fuel efficiency: Youโre not just getting a smoother ride; youโre also saving some bucks at the pump. The way this oil cuts down on friction helps with fuel economy. Itโs like the gift that keeps on giving. Cold start-ups? No problem. Whether youโre dealing with a chilly morning or scorching summer, this oil handles temperature extremes like a boss. It maintains its viscosity so your engine stays protected regardless of the weather. And did I mention the Molygen technology? Itโs not just a fancy nameโthis oil has additives that coat your engine in a protective film, keeping it running smooth and reducing the risk of damage, even during high-stress drives. Final thought: If you're looking for an oil thatโs as serious about your carโs performance as you are, the Liqui Moly Molygen 5W-40 is it. Your engine will run smoother, quieter, and stronger, and youโll feel like youโve just upgraded your carโs lifeblood. ๐๐จ Plus, that neon green color? Total conversation starter at the garage. ๐

Worth the price
Happy with this oil. Using in 2.0 liter GM LTG turbo engine, audible lifter ticking sound is now gone. The car drives great. I can definitely feel less noise with this oil vs stock Dexos oil or equivalent Mobil full synthetic. Recommended!

Car Runs Smooth, Less Friction, and Improved Performance at Start Up and Underload.
I kept hearing things about this oil from a few friends that work on cars and from my "go-to" mechanic. I was previously using Mobile 1 0w-20 on my 2024 4Runner and my wife's 2025 Outback Onyx, and this time around I decided to try it on both cars as they needed an oil change. So far I am happy with the change for both cars. This is good oil quality, smooth engine running, and noticeable oil lubrication at cold start. I am getting better MPGs mileage on both cars. Also noticeable engine is running with smoother. I had to lower my car window to check that my 4runner was on as it was quiet. I will update my review after a second oil change with this oil on both cars.

Super nice and smooth, so much power! Car feels nimbler. Worth the price
I normally don't buy such expensive engine oils (normally buy cheap diesel truck oils add in MoS2). However, this one was well worth the purchase. Engine feels substantially smoother and quieter. After running for a while, the car feels a lot nimbler. More power, and as if it simply wants to keep moving rather than whining. It glides like a magic carpet

One of the top three.
I watched several videos on synthetic oils. Moly, Amsoil and Pennzoil Ultra Platinum kept engines clean with little wear. Amsoil was the winner of engine wear, drain interval and removal of existing sludge and varnish. It is also most expensive. Moly doesn't like to mix with other oils. It purports to increase fuel economy. If you want to use it you should do a second oil change the following day. Moly is a very good product as is Pennzoil. Neither Moly or Pennzoil encourage extended drain intervals. Probably a max of 7,500 miles or one year which ever comes first. I decided to go with Amsoil 5w30 for least engine wear including the timing chain and cleaning existing sludge and varnish. I am currently running Valvoline Restore and Protect for up to 5,000 miles to remove a substantial amount of sludge and varnish before making the switch.

The right oil to reduce oil consumption!
My 2004 Audi A4 2.0i used to burn almost 2 litres of oil per 1000km. I was looking for a way to fix the problem. Friend of mine recommended to flush the engine using liqui moly engine flush and to use this oil. The combination gave a new life to my car. It now burns only 0.25l of oil per 1500km. The oil stays clear even after 3000km and that means the oil don't lose its properties after It's heated up in your engine. It is a bit expensive, but for the money you get an oil that is a real fully-synthetic oil. Another plus point is that the engine runs as smooth as silk, I couldn't tell if the engine was on or off. Totally recommend it if your VW/Audi(or any other car) burns too much oil.
