These were bought and delivered in February and finally got round to planting them at the end of March. Wow! These wee guys came on very quickly and now after four weeks they have flowered. Would recommend these ‘purple shamrocks’ as they are beautiful and fascinating, watch them open to receive the sun and then close for the night. Definitely value for money as it seems that all 10 of the kernels germinated. Arrived in a compostable flat plain brown cardboard box and the kernels were in a little brown paper bag with a little message, which was a lovely touch. Will definitely recommend and purchase from this seller again.

Had to give these a single start as not one bulb sprouted. Very disappointing as I love them and have grown them easily in the past. Kept them for months hoping something would happen but nothing did. To be fair to the seller I did not let them know they had not grown so unable to say how they would have responded.

Bought these corms as I am trying to make a full grown plant. Mindfull it will take nearly 2 years for wash corms to grow as big as the ones in the video. The corms were packaged nicely and it could make an ideal gift idea. Inside the box there was an envelope with the very well cleaned corms in it. I am overall happy with the quality as they all seem to have a baby leaf on the tip. UNFORTUNATELY 2xwere black and dry as biscuits(see picture) with some mould dots on them. I bought 10 as I thought some may not open but I should not have mouldy ones in the mix...hence I gave it 4 stars. In The video you see my 2 existing plants on the left and the 8 corms I bought on the right. I compared the corm I took from my plant and put next to the ones I bought so it would seem those 8 could all become plants. I will update in 2-3weeks. -----------------------------02/02/2024 All the seeds planted have open beautifully 💕 and the first flowers are appearing as per last picture. I have uploaded a picture showing the 2 vases white and blue. The corms are the same, the soil is in both TERRAPON from lechuza however, the white vase was located on my kitchen windows ledge the blue one was at work under neons.........whilst one is lush and wonderful with deep colours the other is weak and "leggy" and of anemic colours. Most flowers broke when I decided to transport it back home. General feedback this plant doesn't like torrid temps, but needs natural light. The corms in both locations started showing me life at 10days but the flowers took longer. I am only watering once a week letting the water through, despite being in self watering bowl, I do not want my pal t to become soggy. In the end 8 corms opened...and the plants look gorgeous 🥰

FOR ALL THAT ARE HAVING TROUBLE WITH THESE BULBS SOAK THEM IN LUKE WARM WATER AROUND MARCH TIME. There is a video on Youtube How to care for these Plants. Brought these on 11/2/25. I planted all 10 plus 2 more that I purchase from else where. I waited to see if they would grow before I left a review. I woke today to find the last out of 12 have spouted. All 10 have grown. I am not a gardener I put them in a pot of soil that had another plant in that I up potted. Left them in my kitchen window that gets loads of sun . I watered with my used fish tank water once a week, It also has fish tank gravel and small woodchip mixed throughout the soil. Would recommmend

Lots more fun than planting seeds, bulbs came with good instructions for how to plant them and care. Planted just after latest period suggested, left some indoors and some outdoor. Overall around 6 of the 10 bulbs grew. Plants left outdoors have grown more then indoors, but the indoor one has flowered. Interesting plants with the leaves purple colour and folding at night.

Took two months to show some sign of life. It is now producing a large leaf each day. The most interesting plant I have had. Deep purple shamrock shaped leaves. Only planted four and they are all producing leaves. The first thing I look at in the morning and like magic more leaves appear. Value for money and a beautiful plant.

Unfortunately despite plenty of care and keeping plants in a safe environment, not one has grown, (the corms did look very dry and woody) I was really looking forward to these plants, seller has kindly refunded no quible, I was going to ask for a replacement, bit after reading some of the other reviews, I thought I would be better off with more established plants. Have had wonderful results from this seller in the past.
