I assume so. When we returned it, we had to fill out several papers for international delivery.

Are the hands luminous?

Yes, there is loom, but not a lot to speak of. Chronographs, lume fades pretty quickly. Beautiful face. The dial is gorgeous and the size works real well for me with six and a half inch wrists. But again it's not something you're going to wake up at 3:00 in the morning and be able to read the time. Hope that helps.

Beautiful watch

Can't go wrong with a Seiko. The watch is beautiful, classy and flashy, without being gaudy. Watch bracelet was easy to adjust. Pins came out easy with a watch repair kit I have. I have no complaints with this watch. Of course for almost $300 there shouldn't be any complaints.
