Seems to be working well!My enamel was really soft and sickly looking. But I made the following changes while adding the tooth paste and my teeth actually look pearly polished instead matte, yellow and textured.1. If you must drink soda/coffee/tea, drink it through a straw.2. Don’t have acidic drinks continuously all day but leave hour+ inbetween to allow enamel to harden after acidity exposure.3. Don’t brush teeth for 30-60mins after acidic foods (coffee, juices, soda, tomato sauce etc). Allow enamel to harden before brushing.4. Swish with water after having acidic foods/drinks or anything with “citric acid”Then using this toothpaste will have the maximum effect.
