This is a very good workhorse of a computer. Fast, easy wi-fi setup and plenty of ports for just about everything. It looked brand new. Still working great.

This was one of my better purchases. The PC's performance exceeded my expectations and I feel I got a great deal. Took me a bit to get it set up and it will take longer to transfer files from my old PC but the two or three hours I spent checking it out made me glad I bought it. Super fast shipping as well.

I am totally pleased so far, as it has only been a day. Shipping and packaging was excellent. Installation was a breeze, plug it in, connect to your network, update Windows, and off to the races. A fair price for a good work computer. I found the wireless strong and without issues. The only issue I have is the keyboard. I don’t care for the bright lights that look like a Christmas tree that cannot be shut off, same with the lighted mouse. I would have preferred a basic keyboard and unlighted Bluetooth mouse. Other than that, it is perfect all around. Looks like brand new too.

At this point in time, following installation, the unit is working as it should. The 4 star rating is only for this point in time. I'll try to follow up as time and use progresses. Out of the box, it would only ever arrive at a blue screen instructing me there was a booting issue and it would have to restart. After 5 attempts, I finally got a diagnostic screen and reset the pc to factory choosing "save my files" (as none had yet been created) to save time. Once the rest had completed, the Windows program loaded. A 5- year- old is now watching YouTube videos and learning to use a mouse and keyboard.

Absolutely amazed by this purchase! This Dell desktop PC has exceeded my expectations! So fast, clean and came with a keyboard and mouse and plug in cord for power! Lots of USB ports and options for connecting a monitor! WiFi is great! Really a great buy! I would highly recommend purchasing from this seller! PC was ready to go Windows 11 installed from seller! Reconditioning was excellent. This product was delivered in excellent condition with Windows 11 operating system installed. I replaced a tower with this smaller from factor and aside from the extra bays for additional hard drives I do not miss the old, larger computer. Performance of the computer is great for home. Has built in Bluetooth and WiFi. Keyboard and mouse of are of average quality. Used my previous and keyboard. Starts up quickly and has brisk performance for common tasks. All and all a great little home computer. Have had it now for one month without any problems. The reconditioner has its own tech support hot line (which I have not used) which should help if there are problems.

Good value and arrived quickly. Easy setup. Plenty of USB ports and a good quality keyboard supplied with good tactile feel.

I've had this refurb for 10 months now. At about the 6 month mark the machine began to slow down, and at times became completely unusable - the screen would freeze, and for a few minutes (in the extreme case, 15 minutes) it would be completely unresponsive, before coming back to life. Things came to a head in the last couple of weeks - every time I opened a browser window or an application the machine was unusable for at least five minutes. I tried sfc and dism and those didn't help. No disk errors and no windows image errors. Eventually I concluded it must be the 1 Tb SSD that was the problem, and with CrystalDiskMark I could see the SSD drive was healthy but the write speed was way below what it should be, around 30 MB/s. I opened the computer and had a look, and found the SSD installed was a SATAIII KingSpec drive (Shenzhen KingSpec Electronics). A little online research suggested that those drives are ultra-cheap and can have problems like those I experienced. I replaced the drive with an M.2 1 Tb Samsung drive (990 EVO) and imaged the existing drive to the new drive (Macrium Reflect Free, a great tool). The Samsung drive runs at write speed of 1200 MB/s and the machine is running even better than I had ever expected. The moral to the story is 1) when the Amazon page says it has an SSD, don't expect anything better than a cheap Chinese SATA drive, even if the machine has an M.2 slot like this one 2) not all SSDs are the same, KingSpec is a very cheap Chinese SSD and in my case, ended up worse than I would have expected even with a spinning disk SATA drive, (3) I should have suspected this and swapped out the drive when I first received the computer, and (4) the Dell refurb has otherwise been a superb purchase (Bravo Dell!)

This computer works really well, it even has a self diagnostic program. The only thing I think it should have come with or at least mentioned as required is your old monitor cable won't work, you need display adapter cable, most monitors have a display adapter input. Electronic stores sell them for around $30 Canadian. I really wish they would have mentioned you may need that so you could have ordered it at the same time.

It came out of the box and would not turn on and no lights not even the fan came on and i checked everything I would recommend to be careful before buying it
