It took me a while to load the labels. I watched a few YouTube videos, but once I did, it worked great.

We are using this in a skincare clinic to price product packaging . This is the right choice due to not be "in your face" pricing and good for the luxury items. We have not used it enough to determine durability and price of the pricing gun but it was suggested by another esthetician in a social media closed group. Loading it at first was a little challenging, but my associate's fellow got it all loaded. I ordered refills at same time, but it did arrive with the tape and ink pad.

I bought this to go hunting and the only thing I was able to kill were the high prices. Would not recommend if getting chased by a bear unless he wants a discount on the honey he bought in aisle 2.
