Best decaf tea I have had in years! I like my tea strong and this really delivers on strength and flavor. I love that it's decaffeinated using a non chemical process, is organic and doesn't bleach the tea bags. The first time I saw it I was concerned because it looks darker and different from so many other brands ( ihave tried loads of different tea brands form multiple countries) but when I researched it I found out it looks different becaue the bags are not bleached which is healthier. So many of the Irish and english teas that are listed as using all natural decaf process actually aren'.t They use chemicals in their decaf process for the tea they sell in the US because it's allowed and cheaper. I think it's seriously wrong to serve Americans an inferior unsafe product because it's cheaper but sell a different version in europe.

This is a wonderful tea from England, dark and rich AND organic. I found it when I learned that my favorite brand that I'd been drinking since 1968 had been sold and changed the formula. Everyone hated it and I was left scrambling to find a replacement. After one unpleasant try, I found this wonderful tea. It's primarily black tea and had a lovely flavor. This one is also decaf, as I cannot have regular tea and is made in a safe manner with no harsh chemicals to strip the caffeine out as some do. Unbleached bags, so strong or plastic strip. Although a bit pricey, it is well worth it and if you think decaf will be weak and tasteless, this isn't. And worth every penny!

Have tried all the decaf brands , was giving up till I tried this brand by far is the best tasting , most flavorful and strongest decaf on market

The flavor is terrific and it is a much better experience than big brand named teas. The black tea and company are from the UK. The family that started the company sound like they put their heart and soul into making a healthy tea that comes from organic and wholesome plants. Stay away from the big brand names, their plant suppliers use a lot of chemicals and plastics that make us unhealthy! This appears to be a great product and worth the money!

Good value. I appreciate this is organic and the sustainability practices of the company. The teas bags are also biogradeable. It is decaffeinated using the CO2 method so no chemicals or chemical aftertaste. The taste is not as robust as I prefer and seems a little bland. Overall a good product at a good value just would prefer a little more flavor.

Love this tea. It tastes better than other decaf black teas I've tried. I use 2x tea bags per cup, and it's perfect.

This is surprisingly pleasant. I drink decaf tea daily. I recently started having caffeine sensitivity so I keep my caffeine intake under 100mg per day. I usually buy Barry’s decaf tea but I couldn’t get it fast enough as I forgot to order some before running out. I like what this brand advertised so I thought I would try it. I love the paper tea bags. I’m not the type to obsess over microplastics but I do avoid ingesting them when it’s an easy fix like not using those plastic/synthetic tea bags so these are perfect in that aspect. The flavor is similar to Barry’s decaf tea so I am really enjoying it. Barry’s is a little but stronger than this but it’s still solid. I will likely buy again and alternate between the two. I’ll update this review if I notice significant loose tea or damaged tea bags in the box. So far I recommend these.

Refreshing without the caffeine, delicious without the jitters, and a lovely drink at the end of the day. I am well impressed with this tea!

These come individually wrapped, like what you get in a hotel room. They're for small cups of tea, so I needed 2 for a mug. I decided this was a bit time consuming for a weak tea!

This product is perfect for those drinking decaffeinated tea. Easy to use, with a lovely flavour. It is also ideal for carrying with you when travelling, as the teabags are enclosed in their own packet.
