Works as designed to. Heavy pan will be useful for a long time very pretty design for my cake

Beautiful results… no sticking as long as you lightly oil and flour.. cake stays moist on the inside.. there is a perfect crust on the exterior.. I Love this pan… definitely a great buy!!

I absolutely love this pan! It is smaller than I expected, but it baked my pound cake beautifully!

Was disappointed with the size. Have the round one. Cake came out perfect dud not stick. Good for regular cakes not possible for pound cakes, would not hold the batter

It's on the smaller side as cake pans go, but it is a bundt pan for sure. It has a good weight like Nordic Ware quality & craftsmanship is famous for and would make an excellent gift for any baker. I own around a dozen Nordic Ware pans of varying design and this one is going to be treasured as well. It looks easy to clean by hand being that i don't own or want a dishwasher, but I do use a stubby plastic brush to clean corners & crevices with. My first test cake will be a Kentucky Butter Cake.

I'm a baker who is obsessed with Nordic Ware's Bundt pans. They really are a step above other manufacturers. I have never had a problem with sticking or quality issues with any of their pans and this one is no exception. I was struck by the unique shape of this Bundt. You don't see a lot of square Bundt cakes! It's also comparatively cheaper than other Nordic Ware Bundt pans which is surprising because it's definitely one of the more unique ones. The pictures you see are just a rough attempt at the recipe that was included with the pan (whiskey peach upside down cake). A word of warning on Nordic Ware's recipes that come with the pans, they ALWAYS overfill the pan. I own more than 10 of these now. The amount of whiskey butter sauce that these peaches I hastily threw in overflowed the pan while baking. I'd cut it by a quarter at least. That said, for not arranging the peaches at all and just dumping everything in the buttered pan, this turned out tasty and delicious and I'd recommend the pan. The grooves were pretty easy to clean out (which is more than I can say for their other pans) so no special equipment needed to get out little bits of leftover cake. Dish detergent and a sponge works just fine.

I get alot of compliments on this cake pan looks so elegant. Make sure to grease and flour really well getting all the corners due to the design of the pan take your time. If going with a spray make sure it's a baking spray and not a regular cooking spray. It's a 10 cup pan I believe so whatever recipe you use make sure the cups of flour/cake flour isn't more than 2.5 cups even 2 2/3 cups is a bit much but I just use the extra batter to make mini cakes.

Forma espetacular, não gruda, desenforma fácil, o bolo por mais simples que seja sai decorado, material extremamente grosso (vai durar por toda a vida e passar de geração em geração para a família).

This is my 2nd Nordic pan purchase and will be looking out for more! The first cake I made is a strawberry shortcake, using genoise sponge. I brush pan with melted butter and dust with flour. Cake slid out easily. The cake browns a lot and thought maybe the heat is too high. So I bake the second cake, a matcha genoise. This time I brush it with butter only. I reduce the oven temperature to 160C and shorten baking time by 3 mins (30 mins). Cake is also very brown on the outside. Just had the cake, and yes both cakes are on the dry side. I will make a 3rd one in this pan soon, and am going to reduce the temperature slightly and shorten the baking time by a 2 minutes and see how it goes and without oiling the pan. I feel that the pan does not need oiling. I clean the pan with water and an IKEA brush (that costs a $) without any soap. Let's see how it goes.
