I need to remove a single concrete step in my garage. Should I use this?

Depends on how deep and wide the step is. I used my tool to remove 2 ft x 3 ft cement slap to take down a flagpole and it worked.

Is there a strong chemical smell from its handle? just returned a dorlyn mason chisel whose handle put out a very strong bad odor.

I am putting pavers in a circular form. I need to split the pavers mostly with angular cut to have a circular conformity. Will this work?

I think this chisel is a little big for splitting paavers. One step down in size would be perfect.
