Awesome running headphones sure BUTโฆ youโll never want to take them off
Iโm no ultramarathoner, but I do like to regularly hit 7 to 10 mile runs. My AirPod pros were fine, they never fell out of my ears, were decently sweat resistant, and could reliably last about 3 hours. I avoided the bone conduction stuff because I thought it was just a fad for something that sounded terrible. The last race I did head some rain to start it and immediately my AirPods cut off and I was left with two hours of silence and running. Lame. I figured what the hell, Iโd give it a shot and return them if they suck. Heres my biggest takeaway based on my experience and what I thought theyโd be like after watching a dozen review videos beforehand: -The sound is dope. Way better than I thought it would be. Iโm honestly pretty deaf and have some hearing loss, and I donโt even run with them on full blast. Itโs not the same as my old headphones in terms of sound quality, but itโs more than not badโฆ itโs actually pretty freaking good. Rock, Rap, Classical, whatever itโs way more than Iโd thought Iโd get. -The battery just goes and goes and goes. Couple that with the charging pack thatโs honestly pretty light, Itโll never die on you unless youโre a bonafide ultramarathoner or an ultralight thru hiker. -having dropped it in water already, the IP67 holds up. No more weird muffled buzz from when your headphones get water trapped or shutting off mid run -my favorite part. On a light settings my, you have a constant soundtrack going on while still being able to talk to people and go on about your day. I literally wear them 24/7 now. The dual BT connection works perfectly so I can bounce between my phone and my Garmin seamlessly. Very comfortable and easy to use. Fit like a glove and donโt shake off unless youโre head banging at a creed show. -the only things I donโt find myself using are the head tilt controlsโฆ just driving or walking around will trigger it, and the LED lights. Great feature but most of my miles are on trails. For the price theyโre more than worth it for what you get.

The lowdown
I wonโt bored you with all the details so Iโll tell you the facts. Low fidelity- expected because these are not for best sound quality. If you want fidelity get something else. Works great for what is made - very comfortable for all day wear. I use it in the office, connected to my phone and laptop at the same time. Long lasting battery - I get two plus day of battery life on a single charge. Sound is really good - music and Phone calls come in very clear, plus you can hear all your surroundings really good while working. Bluetooth range - incredible! I can walk my entire office plus the warehouse and not lose the connection at all, Iโm thinking 70-85 feet!

If you're going to pay this much go with the Open Run Pro
I have used the Shokz open run Pro for a year and a half, or so but finally lost them. In looking for a replacement, I found the Suunto Wing and thought I'd try something new. There are a lot of reviews saying the sound quality is better than Shokz. The Pros: The Suunto Wing charging case is nice and it's great to have a portable holder that doubles as a charger. Sound quality is good when on a run and it works well. Cons: The volume control is terrible. Even at the lowest volume setting my wife can make out what I am listening too and in a quite setting it's also louder than I even want. I imagine this could be fixed with a software release. The currently have a normal and and a running mode (I can't tell the difference), but they could maybe improve equalizer customization I got some vibration / feedback that I never got when using the shokz They just don't sit around my ears anywhere near how the shokz does. Overall these are way overpriced for the quality of bone conduction headphones. I'll be going back to shokz.

These are great.
The reason I tried these is because I have had a total of four other bone induction headphones, three of which were by Aftershox and one other budget company. The Aftershox always broke. The first pair something happened internally on a speaker. All three people could barely hear anything I would ever say over phone calls and I couldnโt use it for applications involving voice recognition. The last pair I had the call answer button came off within the first couple of weeks. Vowed to never purchase another one of their products. This was a high-quality alternative and it has not disappointed me. I think the most convenient function would be the base battery that allows approximately three charges if you donโt have access to a power bank. People hear me clearly during calls. I think the only difference would be the sound quality. Some of the complaints are correct that depending on the application youโre using the volume may be too high. Even at lowest setting. Listening to normal videos and phone calls are almost never an issue. I highly recommend them and hope that they last. Hopefully this company comes out with even better sounding versions. I think this is a much better product and will continue supporting the company until they prove otherwise.

Great set of bone conduction earphones
I was pleased with the quality and functionality of these SUUNTO bone conduction earphones. They are comparable to Shokz products with respect to sound quality, and they work very well on long sweaty runs. The best feature is the charging station, which charges the earphones beautifully when they are docked. I also like the unique ability to light up the earphones with solid or blinking red lights when I run early in the morning or late at night. There are other features that I havenโt really used, such as shaking my head to advance the music. I find touching the Function Button on the headphones does the trick just as well. These headphones pair up to two devices seamlessly. I have had no problems with the connectivity. All in all, a good product, albeit a bit pricey.

Great sound and excellent for sports
SUUNTO is a solid manufacturer, and these headphones live up to the reputation. The open-ear bone conduction design works very well for workouts and outdoor use, allowing you to stay aware of your surroundings while still enjoying clear sound. Theyโre comfortable, secure, and easy to use. Highly recommended.

I use them for cycling and they are great at that, they allow me to hear everything around me while still having music in the background. Sometime on high volume it tickles the front of my ear.

Looks, works and performs exactly as advertised. Not clearly shown but there is also a plastic piece that keeps the Suunto Wing hold perfectly on the charging station. Well thought and works like a charm. I give 11/10.

I have been using Shokz and Aftershokz headphones for years, and I intended to be loyal to the brand after having the Aftershokz Aeropex for years of daily use. I would sing their praises to anyone who asked! That ended when my latest headphones lasted about a year before they started to become unusable. I decided I wanted to give another brand a shot, and was torn between these ones and the H2O brand, but this one won me over with the power bank. After wearing them for about a week now, I am already quite impressed. The Shokz Openrun Mini that I had before this had some pretty bad glitching when it came to the multi-pair ability, any time I tried to connect to my computer after a day at work with my phone being the primary connection, I would have to turn off bluetooth on my phone and disconnect, then reconnect my headphones to be able to watch videos on my computer, otherwise the audio would rapidly switch between my phone and computer and make the video unwatchable. The Suunto Wings, on the other hand, seamlessly switch between devices, I can pause the music on my phone with my headphones, then hit play on a video on my computer, and the audio starts playing without hesitation. Another feature I love about the Suunto Wings over the Shokz headphone is that the power bank allows me to charge the bank during the day when I can monitor the charge level, then charge the headphones from the power bank overnight. When I go to unplug them in the morning, the lights on the bank and the headphones are all off, which makes it seem like they stop charging once the headphones are full, so I believe I am doing less damage to the battery over time than I would be if I had the headphones plugged into the outlet overnight. The last thing Suunto has over the Shokz, is that the battery level shows up as a percentage, rather than a 20% range. Shokz would show 20, 40, 60, 80, or 100% power, and audibly say that the battery was high, but Suunto actually shows the exact percentage of battery life, which helps plan when you need to charge them. One area where Shokz might have a slight advantage is the audio quality; it took switching back and forth dozens of times, with one headphone speaker on each ear to determine a difference, so the advantage is very slight, in my opinion, but I think I have a slight preference for the Shokz audio quality. The other thing I prefer with the Shokz is the mini option. The mini fits close to my skull, whereas the Suunto sticks out about an inch, which is fine for the majority of my day, but can be less desirable if I want to lay down. Overall, I am very happy with my Suunto Wings so far.
