Believe it or not, this was half the cost of the "name brand" screws. When I first stumbled on this, I thought to myself, "Could this be for real? I mean, HALF the cost of the well-known screws? The ones everyone knows and wants?" And then doubts popped into my head, "Could there be repercussions for paying less than I should for a really good screw? I mean, my Dad always warned me . . and some of his warnings included repercussions that could last a lifetime. Perhaps this was no time to pinch pennies. Let's face it - I needed a really good screw. This camera wasn't going to attach itself to the bloody tripod. And as everyone knows, a good screw is attractive to pretty much everyone, so there's that. And also, there were four, so that means since I only needed one, that left me three good screws for later! Then I was smiling, because let's face it, ten bucks can barely buy two drinks nowadays, and the prospect of just cutting to the chase and getting four good screws for the same price was almost too much. So I came to the conclusion that although I only really needed one good screw, that four good screws was even better. And for those doubters that have said you can't get a good screw on Amazon, I'm here to lay your fears to rest, and to prod you into action - you too, can get a good screw for a good price, because we'll all pay for it some way or another, and you just might as well get it over with and go at it. I don't smoke, bu I was so satisfied with the good screws that I felt like having a cig after. But I didn't.

Great all around screws. I used two of the four so far and they are very strong.

I use it to hold up a key light on my workstation via WESA arm for my Zoom classes. So far, so good. Assisted by some lock washers, it's held up really well.

These do the job. Needed some for extras when using different cameras and setting up rigs so its nice to have. Wish there was more of a variety pack in the length of the different screws but it is what it is.

I used these on a desktop rig for YouTube. They did what I needed them to do.

What can I say about a thumb screw? It’s a screw so buy it…Hahahahaha.

Not sure who put the rating system together for this but, they do the job.

Nothing wrong with the item structurally. I interpreted the description as an asortment of sizes. They were not, so I could not use them.
