Gymboss Interval Timer and Stopwatch Silver/Yellow Metallic High Gloss

I'm currently doing a walk-to-run course and this is so useful for interval running. You can set the intervals at whatever timescale you need, the number of intervals and whether it beeps, vibrates or both when you finish each interval. It's a nice looking gadget, well made and well worth the money.

V good product, good price too. Use a 15 min timer to remind myself to check my posture, very effective.

Bought previous gymboss about a year ago and fiddle to setup and use and could hardly hear the bleep but this one is much lighter, easier to setup use.

Ich nutze den Gymboss im Pferdetraining. Absolut praktisch und simple in der Handhabung/Einstellung. Für mich ist die Handy-App im Training mit den Pferden keine Option, daher ganz klare Kaufempfehlung.
