I’ve been using Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed. The powder dissolves easily in hot drinks like coffee or tea and also mixes well into smoothies with no gritty texture or strong taste, which was a win for me as I think so many of these powders you can really taste and they do not taste great. I mainly started taking this collagen to support joints, skin and hair, and I’ve noticed my joints feel less stiff after exercise and my nails are definitely stronger and growing faster. My skin also feels a bit more hydrated, which is a nice bonus. I like that it contains Type I and III collagen and has a simple ingredient list with no unnecessary extras. It feels like a high quality product and sits well with my stomach which I know can be an issue with some supplements. It’s not the cheapest collagen out there, but the quality and results make it worth it for me. I’ll definitely keep this as part of my daily routine and would happily recommend it to anyone looking to add collagen to their diet. I think it is a good all round affordable collagen with no terrible taste and it is perfect just to add to my morning coffee. The best powder I have found so far. The best part is that I feel good after taking this. I find it super easy to use and I have more energy and I am sleeping well. I would recommend.

Very good collagen powder. I add 2 scoops to my drink (rather than the recommend 4 scoops), it has no taste, so easy to take daily. I recommend taking it on an empty stomach for best results. So I tend to take it 30mins before my breakfast. I have noticed an improvement in my hair, skin and nails but have been taking it for some time. Consistency is most definitely the key with this product. Price is good... as collagen is not a cheap product to take daily. Overall, good product, easy to take and good price.

A great product. Over the months I've been using it I've seen many positives. Only lost a star because the price has risen greatly since I first started using it but its much cheaper in costco so now I will buy from there.

Everyone has been talking about Collagen for years but I was sceptical about creams after hearing that it can’t be absorbed by the skin as the molecules are too big. I briefly tried a liquid gel but couldn’t stand the taste - or price! So I did some research (extensive) and gave this a shot. Roll on a year and it is now as important to me as moisturiser. I use the unflavoured variety and it mixes well in a pint of water with a good stir. Now if I’ve lost you at the ‘pint of water’ stage then don’t worry, it can be added to hot drinks, food, soups - pretty much anything. It has a slight taste but only very mild and as soon as you add anything, like juice, it becomes tasteless. The instructions recommend two scoops a day with the scoop provided in the tub. So I started as it recommended with two scoops. First thing I noticed was the lack of pain walking down the stairs in the morning. I don’t know why but as soon as I hit menopause I suffered, especially I the morning, with stiffness and aches. I felt like the tin man looking for some joint oil or a touch of human WD40. This pain completely disappeared after two weeks of taking the collagen. The next thing I noticed was the weight gain 😱. Don’t let me lose you at this stage because I did get over this. I instantly cut back my dose to one scoop and started to experiment with the optimum amount for me. It is worth noting that my research indicated that one of the optimal times to take it is before a work out as it helps the muscles and absorption. So, after a few weeks I landed on one scoop mixed with water and taken during exercise. For me, that is 5 times a week. So instead of 14 scoops a week (2 a day) I only take 5 a week. The results have been great at this level. As well as the reduction in body pain the other massive plus for me is the plumping of the skin on my neck. The menopause has caused a loss of weight on my face and neck and kindly left behind sagging skin on the neck and fine lines around the eyes. Since taking the collagen my neck is now much plumper and I'm not resigned to wearing roll neck jumpers for the rest of my life! Good value for money when bought on offer and because I don’t use the full dosage. If I can look half as good as its Chief Creative Officer, Jennifer Aniston, then I’m onto a winner.

I am a woman in my early 40's and have been using this collagen powder for a while now and can definitely see great results - my skin feels great, my hair is thicker and my nails grow (almost too quick!). I would say I feel more energetic but I cannot honestly say this is down to collagen alone but it certainly helps! I use this in my morning coffee and cannot taste it at all, perhaps I could slightly in the beginning but have certainly become blind to it now. It dissolves fine, a quick stir and no lumps. I have tried all sorts of different brands in the past but would not change from this now - the collagen content is higher than most i have seen but beyond anything else, I can see the results. One tub seems to last well over a month, with 2 scoops per day I am really happy with the value! I do shop around but usually Amazon is the best place. Highly recommended!

I've been using Vital Proteins Collagen for a few weeks, and it has worked very well for me. It dissolves quickly, has no strong taste, and is easy to add to my coffee or smoothies. Very pleased with this, it is tasteless when mixed in a hot drink, skin and nails seem improved tooth. Hopefully it will help with my joint pain but I have only been using it for a couple of weeks

Super produit ! Depuis que j’utilise Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides, j’ai remarqué une vraie amélioration sur la qualité de ma peau et de mes cheveux, plus lumineux et plus forts. Le collagène se mélange très facilement dans l’eau, le café ou les smoothies, sans goût désagréable. La digestion est aussi très bien tolérée, ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas avec ce type de complément. C’est devenu un incontournable dans ma routine bien-être, je recommande sans hésiter !

***ACTUALIZACIÓN*** Llevaré 4 meses tomándolo, me ha llegado mi tercer envase, TODOS han llegado en perfectas condiciones. Mis rodillas crujen mogollón normalmente, desde que tomo colágeno, ya no. Voy a la montaña, gimnasio y más actividades sin problemas. El olor ya ni siquiera lo noto, para revolverlo a veces tiro de varillas de esas de batir huevos y se disuelven mejor y antes. Estuve tomando colágeno en pastillas compradas en un súper. Estas pastillas no son todo lo buenas que se puede esperar, así que investigué un poco más y me encontré este producto. Entre tantas opiniones, me desagradaban las que ponían que el envase estaba abierto, que no tenía dosificador, etc. Así que hoy mi primera reseña (haré otra con más tiempo de probarla), será sobre esto en particular. Primero el paquete llegó bien cerrado, como ven. Limpio por fuera, sin polvo y con un cierre de seguridad, en una caja de Amazon donde encajaba correctamente. Luego traía un film de cierre hermético que hay que quitar. Tiré las cucharadas a lo bruto en un vaso con agua y realmente se disuelve solo (aunque lo revolví un poco con la misma cuchara). Añado aquí que vi que esta empresa quitó el dosificador, por ayudar al medio ambiente y porque con una cuchara tienes las mismas medidas, me parece excelente, menos plástico. El bote trae los gramos que indica, pero nunca hasta arriba, hay un espacio de aire, no es que venga ya consumido. Sabor: no sabe muy muy bien, pero yo lo tomé con agua, igual con leche, café, etc ese sabor se anule. No puedo olvidar de donde proviene el colágeno que trae. Olor: No huele muy bien, pero no es un olor fuerte y lo mismo que antes, no hay que olvidar de dónde proviene. Otra opción sería la de Vainilla, pero no es fuerte ni el olor, ni el sabor. Resúmen: Por la cantidad de producto, calidad, el tipo, olor y sabor, de momento estoy muy contenta, voy a escribir una nueva reseña después de consumirlo más días. Pero es un producto de calidad y muy útil para lo que lo quiero, tengo dudas sobre el tiempo saludable de consumo que ya averiguaré y pondré en esta reseña. De momento la tomaré una vez al día. Hago deporte, como saludable, pero por ejemplo, una de mis rodillas tras una lesión, cruje muchísimo y quiero ver si me ayuda con eso. Contenta con el producto.
