Barbie in a Mermaid Tale (Step into Reading, Step 2)

Great for my 1st grader, arrived in perfect condition and quickly!

My daughter is very in to Barbie right now. She loves reading this book.

My granddaughter enjoyed this Barbie Level 2 - Step Into Reading - book. It’s an interesting story for a 5 to 7 year old. My granddaughter is 5 years old and could read 3/4 of the book on her own. She needed help reading the names of the characters in the book. The Barbie books hold her interest.

This book was just as pictured and came in great condition and at a good price. The story line is very similar to the movie which my girls love.

all of the books I got from Amazon were for my granddaughter. She reads several books a day and its amazing how well she can read now. She selected the books she was interested in. The pictures were bright and colorful which helped keep her interest and they were not too long. Great books for beginning readers.

My daughter is absolutely obsessed with all things Barbie, so when I came across this book, I knew we had to have it! This Scholastic Reader (Level 1) has been a great addition to her collection, not only does it feature her favorite character, but it’s also helped boost her confidence in reading. The simple sentences and familiar themes make it fun and approachable for early readers. Highly recommend for any young Barbie fan!

My daughter loves the Mermaid Tale film so I saw this and had to get it for her. She is 5 and it is perfect, she can sit and read it to me. The only thing is if your child hasn't seen the film it uses the character names a fair bit which for a young reader would be quite tricky if you didn't already know the names.
