After Eight Carton - 300g

I love these After Eight chocolates and consider them the perfect, palate cleansing, after-supper treat. I am a huge fan and, to date, have now ordered two boxes nineteen times, totalling 38 boxes.The chocolates easily deserve five stars for taste and quality. However, being disabled and housebound, I buy these exclusively through online order, and have a massive sample size which highlights a major issue: this retail box is designed for supermarket shelves, not for the online-order logistics network.Because the retail box relies on being handled gently, it offers zero protection when placed into standard cardboard shipping envelopes or packed alongside heavier items. Far too often, the boxes arrive entirely crushed, leaving some or all of the chocolates as a squished, gooey mess stuck to their black paper sleeves. At £4.75, at the time of writing this, these are a premium item often bought as a gift, but they simply cannot withstand being shipped as standard post without dedicated protective packing.I love the product enough to have kept ordering - so far - but if they cannot be shipped with the care a delicate item requires, I will regretfully have to switch to adding them to my regular supermarket grocery delivery instead.

ミントとチョコレートのバランスがちょうどよく、おいしい。日本からの注文ですが、もしこの製品が日本メーカー製だったとしたら、同じ大きさの箱に10枚くらいしか入っていないでしょうね（大げさではありません）。この製品は箱の中にぎっしり詰まっていて、うれしくなりました。日本はすっかり没落してしまい、食品のシュリンクフレーションがひどいことになっています。チョコレートやミントが買えるだけでもありがたいと思わなければいけないのかもしれませんが。日本の大手スーパーマーケットチェーンでは、代用の材料で製造したチョコレート風菓子が売られており、それしか買えない人も多いようです。今の状勢だと、８0年前、占領軍の兵隊に子供が群がってGib mi chocolaytohとねだったように、chin gay woh chow-koo-lee と子供がねだるようになる日も近そうです。
