High quality product for boring through thick, hard concrete and neat job on brick.
Easily bored first hole through 8" of hard concrete foundation with wet boring machine, 5" into second hole I was annoyed with myself for not ordering two as progress slowed considerably. Turns out I had hit 5/8" thick rebar head on, past that it was easier going again. Using the same bit I easily bored another hole through brick for a hose bib. High quality bit and highly recommend.

Very well built.
I needed to drill a 2-inch hole through the edge of our concrete floor in the garage to install a 1 1/2-inch drain for a back-flush filter which runs out under the sidewalk to a 55-gallon plastic drum. I don't have a core drill (that has a water hook-up) so, I had to pour water from a plastic jug on the bit as I drilled. To get the 45-degree angle I made a 2 hole through a 2 x 6 board. When I got a few inches into the concrete, the drill hung up and slapped the crap out of me. Plan B, build a 2 x 4 brace to hold the drill with a little help from a friend. It worked great. What I learned was to drill about 1-inch at a time, pulling the drill from the hole and removing the concrete core as needed, it helped it not to get hung up. I also needed a SDS Plus adapter to go from this core bit to my rotary drill motor. Works great, Be Patient and drill slowly. P.S. when it got hung-up, we used a pipe wrench to back it out.

Great tool
Was perfect for my needs. Needed to purchase the arbor to drive this as a separate item. Worked very well. Note: do not try to rush while using this and will work better if you use some water with it.

Still Going Strong After over 30 Holes in 5000psi Concrete
After drilling over 30 holes in 5000 PSI concrete, 4 1/2 " still going strong! I’ve put them through some seriously tough material, and they haven't let me down once.
