How wide is this product?

This product (Posh Rulers Height Indicator Tape) is 1 1/2 inches wide. 1 and 1/2 inches wide is the 'typical' width of a door trim. For more info see video (a wider door trim and a typical door trim installation is shown in the video). 1 1/2 inches = 3.81cm (metric). Thanks. Posh Rulers.

can this be removed and reapplied elsewhere?

Our new Version 2.0 tapes (released in May 2020) can be removed and re-applied elsewhere without stretching the tape. It may leave a mark though. Please see our videos on Amazon, that show a brief instance of a tape being removed (specifically our "Height Indicator Tape Ruler. Version 2.0." video on Amazon. I would recommend buying another tape, though, because after 24 hours there's a good chance the tape would get damaged.
