Works fine for men with a penis that has a very large girth. 1 1/2" is generally too large and result in a loose fit that will leak. Bring your Poligrip cream or Flex Seal. This is the only company that prevents you from determining how small to large the sheath will be for a custom fit. This is way too big. You will most like need to return to Amazon. I would return the product but I tried it on! This deserves no Star Review.

Plastic ends come out easy! I have bought close to a dozen of these over a few yrs and except the very first few, everyone after that I've had an issue with the end coming out of the sheath within a short time of using. The glue they use on these is cheap and don't bond to the latex very well, so with a little use they end up coming out while wearing and you guessed it you get urine all over your self which is what you was trying to keep from happening. You can cut the inner part of the sheath to fit yourself little looser then if you didn't cut it so it's not as tight. You don't get the adapter to go to the storage bag with these, so if need that as well, might as well buy the whole kit with the jock strap and bag. You can buy just a urinary bag and put the hose on it from the kit so you have a few bags laying around spare.

I've purchased 2 packages of 2, and all 4 sheath openings measured 40 mm. The previously sold DMI tan sheath had an opening of 20 mm that could trimmed to increase the opening up to 40 mm. The current sheath with its 40 mm opening AND an increased material thickness doesn't create a complete seal, even when using a strap to tighten the sheath around the penis. This can cause leaks while wearing during daytime, but especially when worn overnight

The inside sleeve is too large for the average person, unless you are a giant you will get leakage.
