Is this flashlight waterproof?

I'm not sure if it's waterproof, but the switch malfunctioned after about a week of use. The light will only stay on for a few seconds then it goes off. I bought 2 of them based on a similar Duracell model I bought and liked for a couple of years before the switch malfunctioned on it as well. Both of the new ones malfunctioned within 2 weeks of purchase. It is a very bright flashlight but the problem with the switch renders it worthless. Since this has happened with all three lights I would say this is a defective design. I will not be buying another one. I intend to try and get my money back on the 2 recent purchases.
