Wenn der Dongle richtig herum eingesteckt wird, läuft es problemlos
Super Headset..... Anfangs hatte ich Probleme, den Dongle zum Laufen zu bekommen. Er hat zwar geblinkt, aber sich nicht mit dem Headset verbunden. Ich musste den Dongle dann einmal drehen, dann hat er sich sofort verbunden. So ist das nun mal mit USB-C. Die Sprachqualität wird von meinen Mitmenschen als perfekt bezeichnet. Auch ich höre mein Gegenüber sehr gut und vom Klang her sehr harmonisch. Der Tragekomfort ist auch gut. Bisher hatte ich es aber nur wenige Stunden am Stück auf. Was schön wäre, wenn er auf beiden Seiten blinken würde, wenn man im Gespräch ist. Aber das sind Luxusprobleme. Ich würde mir das Teil wieder kaufen.

Great headset!
Range is amazing, I can now listen all over the house. very clear audio and voice recognition exellent. Easy installation, very well built with some weight but not too much. Battery life seems good and the charger dock is great. It's heavy and stable and docking is foolproof. Very confortable to wear. The Amazon used as new price saved me

Perfette per l'ufficio
Ottima qualita' per softphone in generale e l'utilizzo simultaneo con cellulare. Qualita' del microfono da migliorare, manca cancellazione del rumore.

Ordered a replacement
I have had this for 2 years now in October. The mute button went out a few months ago but now the headset was having connectivity issues and would bounce from disconnected to connected. However, I have tried other headsets and a year and 10 months is a good amount of time for it to work without breaking. The headset feels like it is a quality headset, along with the sound is crisp. I reordered another one to replace this because I like it so much.
