The first couple of nights I noticed I was falling asleep faster, and by the end of the first week, I was waking up feeling more refreshed instead of groggy. During the day, I’ve also felt a little more balanced. I still have stressful moments, but I don’t seem to ride the same highs and lows as before. I am not brave enough to try these on an empty stomach because I know they can cause nausea for some people and I don’t want to deal with that, but on a full stomach I have taken 2 at a time without any negative effects. I have taken them for a couple of weeks but have had trouble taking them consistently enough to really give them a chance to work, so I can’t tell yet if they are helping. I will update later on if I discover they are working for me.
