Good mop and it works the best. The spray motor can go bad but Agaro team is really great at Customer support in case of issues. So I am planning to buy 2 more of the mops!!

The product video, appearance looks pretty good but this is the most worst product. It is not worth of spending even Rs.500/- There is no power in the mopping . This is the lightest mopping that one can do. Stains will not go. Also if there is any micro dust on the floor it will spread it best to all other places. It is unfortunate they are introducing such a worst product without telling the facts. I strongly not recommend anyone to buy this product unless you want to gift it any of the people that you do not like :) I wish there should have been at least a week trail base available or return policy available as it is waste of money buying such products. Not worth of your money. # Extremely poor quality. Very light cleaning and I decided not to buy any more Agaro products with this experience. Switching to Eureka forbes.

Gentle mopping on vacuumed floors. Adjust detergent to water volume for a streak free finish. Performs well for normal, day to day spills and general upkeep. Some determined staying atop stubborn stains releases them too. Won’t reach corners since it is a round peg in a square hole. Light weight and easy to manoeuvre under furniture. I haven’t really tested the run time but runs for over an hour. No battery level indicator. Simple construction to set to charge and change & clean the mopping pads - so learning curve is minimal. I’m using a garden pump sprayer instead of the inbuilt sprayer since most reviews mentioned the sprayer nozzle not working properly. Will have to test the durability for the appliance and the mop pads as well. Ordered a few more sets of mop pads to change and use for bathroom, kitchen and wooden floors. Cleaning action is good. Quality of cleaning may depend on your choice of floor cleaner and the concentration in the water. I thought it was a tad loud. Update: 14 months of regular use and still happy. Regular use has gently lifted dirt off the floors - both tiles and wood. Update 2: Recommend? Oh, yes! Wins hands down over traditional mopping anytime. Easier than using a flat mop as well, similar results with way less effort. The mop pads are easy to wash and keep clean and have worn well. I had bought several to avoid cross contamination across different spaces at home. Only one set needed a replacement in about 16 months. Spares were easily available on amazon. Your results directly depend upon how clean your dry floor is before mopping, and vacuuming is better than sweeping. Vacuuming & the mopping with this spin mop has worked out brilliantly. And my home has a a lot of furries tracking in soil from the garden.

I love the service, recently my spin mop charging port will be went inside, i just raised service request and they verified with video then they replace the complete product and I got brand new machine that working awesome. And the power also good charging time.

This product is really amazing. They also provide a replacement policy in case the product gets damaged, which makes the purchase even more reliable and worthwhile.

The presentation of product was very good. While product usage after 1 month will make us to conclude for its efficiency. Right now seems effortless and smooth to use.

The AGARO Regency Electric Spin Mop stopped working, so I contacted AGARO service. Their solution was to ask me to purchase spare parts, which I did as instructed. The spare part was delivered about 10 days ago. Since then, I have been chasing their service team every single day on WhatsApp, and sometimes by phone, but nobody has turned up to repair the mop. The most frustrating part is their attitude towards customers. Phone calls are frequently ignored, and when I ask for an update on WhatsApp, the standard response is simply “Okay”. No status, no technician visit, no expected date, and no resolution. It has now been 10 days since the spare arrived, and the mop is still lying unusable. I can understand a product developing a fault. What I cannot understand is asking a customer to spend money on spare parts and then not bothering to send anyone to install them or fix the product. AGARO needs to seriously improve its after-sales service. A product is only as good as the support provided when something goes wrong. Very disappointed. Think twice before buying if after-sales service matters to you.
