I am totally pleased so far, as it has only been a day. Shipping and packaging was excellent. Installation was a breeze, plug it in, connect to your network, update Windows, and off to the races. A fair price for a good work computer. I found the wireless strong and without issues. The only issue I have is the keyboard. I don’t care for the bright lights that look like a Christmas tree that cannot be shut off, same with the lighted mouse. I would have preferred a basic keyboard and unlighted Bluetooth mouse. Other than that, it is perfect all around. Looks like brand new too.

I've had this PC for 3 months and LOVE IT!! Fast and easy set up! runs great! Keep in mind, this PC does not come with Bluetooth or card readers. You may want to purchase a usb hub due to limited ports on the tower. The tower is fairly small. Definitely recommend for the price

Reconditioning was excellent. This product was delivered in excellent condition with Windows 11 operating system installed. I replaced a tower with this smaller from factor and aside from the extra bays for additional hard drives I do not miss the old, larger computer. Performance of the computer is great for home. Has built in Bluetooth and WiFi. Keyboard and mouse of are of average quality. Used my previous and keyboard. Starts up quickly and has brisk performance for common tasks. All and all a great little home computer. Have had it now for one month without any problems. The reconditioner has its own tech support hot line (which I have not used) which should help if there are problems.

Computer arrived in a sturdy box with foam supporting it well inside the box. Condition of outer computer was clean and excellent. Came with mouse and keyboard. Start up went smoothly. Windows 11 wants to know who they're tracking so they ask for name, birthdate, and email address before the computer will even work. Computer may have been in a dirty environment. When opening up the DVD it was filled with dust. I am worried that I may get shorts on the boards in the future. Thought I was getting a full size Dell optiplex 360 but I got the SFF version instead. I wish they would have shared this in the description of the product because I would have gotten a different computer otherwise. Now I'm stuck with this thing.

Still in plastic (probably rewrapped). But looks like new. Still cleaning off tons of junk from my old tower. So haven't even shot power to it. It has enough ports for my peripherals. I'll try to follow up after I power it up. I'm kinda scared of W-11. I had W-8, thru W-10 on my current tower. EDIT: Got it all hooked up and so far, everything is working. I lost all of my info in the password manager but I'm slowly getting it back in. W-11 really sucks. Virtually nothing is where it should be and finding where they hid it is a real pain. I really think that since I'm 81, I just don't think like the programmer does. Part of being old, I guess. The machine is running smooth, so I guess I'm lucky so far. Caution! do not use cuss words around W-11 it is listening.

I waited to leave this review after having some time to use the computer so I can give an accurate response. The company is exceptional. The computer arrived promptly and it was packaged well. I had all my data transferred over by a local computer company and everything was good, with no issues. I have been using it every day since and I am extremely pleased overall! Thank you so much!!!

As a long time, nerdy, desktop, computer builder, I am still shaking my head at what this price point can deliver. There is no way that I could put a computer together as nice as this one by buying the parts separately for anywhere near the price. When this unit arrived, it was ready to be initiated just like any new user would expect. The quality for this price just can’t be matched. After over a year and dearly constant use, this unit has been rock solid and without any problem or issue.

As an electrical engineer who has used computers on a daily basis since the 80s, I can attest that this product is an exceptional value! The system was packaged expertly and arrived in perfect condition. The performance of the 1TB SSD and 32GB RAM is superb, and the system is compact and extremely quiet. The only caveat I would make is that the built-in WiFi sensitivity is poor. Our system was about 40 feet from the router and through a floor and would not operate correctly. I disabled the internal WiFi and slapped a USB WiFi on and it worked beautifully. If you are near the router, it will probably be fine. Note that we are running Linux (Fedora 42) on the system.

L' ordi est arrivé avec du retard. Ce n'est pas grave :) L'installation était rapide car le Windows 11 est déjà installé. J'ai ouvert le boîtier: pas de trace de poussière, bien propre. Ça fait une semaine que mes enfants l'utilise et il marche a merveille. Très rapide. J'avais de la difficulté a repartir le disque dur mais la recherche d'une solution est en cours. Je recommande.

I got the order through TecnoCanada here on Amazon for this Dell OptiPlex 3060 because I was putting together a computer for my godkids. This computer was as described. Came loaded with Windows 11 and it's plenty fast and reliable for what they will use it for. Really happy with this purchase!

I had this for a few months and it stopped working just after the warranty ended. I reached out to the seller and was impressed—they provided clear, detailed instructions to resolve the issue. Great support even after the warranty, which is uncommon.
