It is pretty cold. I was a little worried it wouldn't be cold because of the fabric you put the ice pack in, but it does get cold. It was smaller than I thought width wise, but I still gave it a 5 because that was my fault for not paying attention to the measurements. I cannot stand when people give a lesser score because of thier own ignorance for not reading measurements or all info provided about a product. Do I wish it as a little colder, yes, but I knew when I bought it it probably wouldn't be as cold as I wanted when I put it in the fabric. But I love how it velcros and stays in place. The second ice pack is awesome so I don't have to wait for the same one to freeze again before applying. It is comfortable, works great and versatile. Fabric feels nice and made well.

Honestly, I love this towel. I do hot yoga, and it was really difficult for me to get used to it at first… Especially when they don’t turn down the heaters towards the end of the class. I overheat a lot and I tend to get headache’s… one of my teachers ends our classes by putting cool towels on our foreheads, but not every class does this… So bringing this to class and being able to have my own cool towel is absolutely amazing for those moments that I’m just feeling too overheated or like I’m getting a headache. I love this product! And I’ve had it for a little over a year. It’s quite durable, but I might buy some more just to keep.

This ice pack is a great high quality product. It keeps my temperature stable while I'm working in the yard or even just for hot flashes when I go in a shopping store. It keeps cool for about 20 minutes, which is perfect, then I rotate to the spare one. The velcro wrap for the neck is a perfect fit as well.

It didn’t stay cold long enough. You’ll maybe get 15 minutes out of every 12-24 hours of freezing it. It was so nice for the 15 minutes though. I used it for my thyroid surgery, I ended up buying another brand of ice cuff. It’s cool though for everyday aches and pains.

Worked to soothe my neck after parathyroidectomy and I didn’t need to hold it in place. Be sure to also get something for the back of your neck for warmth: the supine position takes a toll on your muscles.

This is so effective and convenient. Great value. I love that it comes with a refill so I always have one frozen and ready to go. Highly effective for relief from head ache pain. My husband used it for his knee, perfect size and velcro keeps it in place. Highly recommend.

Horrible product. Its cute but that is it. I would return it, If I would had time to do so. Not fits to the neck, and I haven't find it enough wide. I used instead of this a plane cold pack with a scarf. I would not buy this again-in Florida summer time, doesn't did a trick to me. Otherwise looks like as on the picture, nice color; just were useless to my needs. Thank you.
