This is a patented protein powder formula based on 20 years of clinical research. It contains all the ingredients necessary for the rebuilding of cells and creation of energy at the cellular level. Read the package label, it is actually quite impressive. It is a vanilla flavored powder mix with a sweet "vanilla dessert" flavor. It mixes well with water and ice in a blender and if you add a flavored liquid you might end up with something unusual. I find ice and water are convenient and taste just fine. For myself, I would rate the formula at a six out of five - it is that good. Two other people I shared it with both experienced an increase in calm energy and wellbeing. We are older and I expect that's where you will notice the biggest difference. So why four stars? Because they supply you with a fake resealable bag that is actually impossible to reseal. For anybody who is starting to feel the effects of age, I highly recommend that you try this product because it is doing a whole lot for me.

Really good flavor... Still on my first bag, so I'm not able to comment on feeling any significant changes. It is fairly expensive, but the product seems to be high quality. The research appears to be well reasoned and solid. I will be ordering more. I want to give it at least 3 months of daily use before I make a final decision.
