Happy with it and company is easy to work with!
I am going to assume this works. I purchased these when we moved into a new home about 6 months ago. When we looked at the house, there were mouse droppings in multiple rooms and a couple months after moving in, we found multiple half deteriorated mice and rats. Absolutely nauseating. We plugged these in the day we closed and have never had a problem. When the light on the repellent stopped working, I messaged the seller to let them know my husband noticed the unit was plugged in but wasn’t on and I tried to click it on and it didn’t work for some reason, even though it was working when we first received the product. The company messaged me back right away telling me not to worry and they were sending me out replacements and to have a good day and not to stress about sending back the old ones. No questions asked, no skepticism about whether we broke them, and no giving me a hard time about taking pictures or a video. Good company. We have no critters, insects, or anything else. Quick note. A few days after we moved in, we have a huge sugar ant problem in the kitchen for maybe a week or so to the extent of having to throw out our coffee maker because they got into the gears and electrical, so we sprayed them all and they never came back. We’ve seen no other little pests since, so I am going to assume the units drove them out of the wall exactly how it described it would.

A colossal waste of money.
Ok. A colossal waste of money. I've been dealing with pests for a long time now. I have an old house and we get crickets, spiders, little black ants and of course mice. Mice are the hardest to get rid of, second would be the little black ants but I've found a method that works fairly well. I got these to see if there was any effect on mice but I can also say it has no effect on crickets too. Had 8 of these installed around the house. Mice activity didn't change one bit. I think for mice, they just get into the walls or under a cabinet and the sound doesn't bother them there where they spend most of their time. Now, I must have the smartest mice around because they also will not go into any known traps when they get older and wiser. The younger small mice are easiest to catch but once they are older they figure out all your tricks. Young mice, I can usually get them in a live bait trap, they go in and can't get out. Bigger mice. Snap traps. They usually avoid these. I have had a few that just lick the peanut butter off it without setting it off, they know it's a trap so they're careful. Sticky traps. I have caught some with sticky traps, it just depends. But if you get a mouse that has been stuck in one and gets out, he usually won't make that mistake again. The final mouse in my house was the criminal mastermind of all mice. He got out of a sticky trap twice! He didn't go in it again. So it's hit or miss with sticky traps. You know what works best on sticky traps? Crickets and spiders. Put a few of these down in your basement where your pets won't get into them. Put a little bit of peanut butter in the middle and the crickets will have it filled up in one summer. Spiders too because they're after the crickets. I also spray in basement along corners and wall/floor joints about every 2 months. Little black ants. These are right up there with mice. Nothing works. The only thing I've found to work well against them is to use Terro bait. I've tried mixing my own with Borax but they don't go to it or go to it consistently. The package to get is the bait trap not the bottle where you pour it on cardboard. The reason is that they will go inside and usually won't come out. That will decrease their numbers. Now they say they're supposed to haul it back to the queen but I think that's a load of .... But there's usually a few that get out and they could take it back but I've never noticed it to completely wipe them out. Results: It keeps them from crawling all over the place and usually they stick to the bait traps. How long does it take until no ants? I bought two boxes and used them all. It never really gets rid of all of them, about end of Aug. they disappeared finally for good but then this year they reappeared for a week in Sept. Then gone completely but that's when they usually go dormant anyway. They're very difficult to be 100 percent gone. This is from years of experience. The best results I've had is with the Terro bait traps, and at least they're not all over the place. It keeps them fed in the bait trap (and food) and they die in there and it keeps their numbers low. The bottle/cardboard method, they just stop going to it for some reason and not as effective. So start putting these out around April/May and keep at least two in kitchen. Keep counters and floor as clean as possible. Back to mice. So I've lost count how many mice I've disposed of this fall, more than a dozen. I think at this time I have all of them gone including the criminal mastermind mouse. What's the best method of killing mice? When they're young, traps especially the live bait traps with some food in there. They fall for it. But don't let them die in there, they can smell that. You want to wash the trap every so often too, keep it clean and baited. And yes you'll need to deal with a live mouse. A water bucket works pretty well. But what I've probably killed the most mice by hand. Well, a shoe to be exact. There are some mice that are too smart for traps. So you just have to be patient and watch your kitchen. They like to eat usually late at night, 11pm or later. So that's when you go to work. You have to find out where they're eating. They like to go to a spot they've picked out to take the food they find and feed and poop and all that. For awhile they were eating behind our microwave, which doesn't move very often. So when I hear them, I get setup. They like to stick to the walls for travel. They have predetermined paths they go and in this case it's only two ways, left or right along the walls and then they have to jump down to floor. I took a number of mice out this way, just have a shoe handy and when they hit the floor, they try to get back to the wall for security and then you nail them. The final mouse, the one that evaded a sticky trap twice, I saw from living room and he ran to a corner under something where he was safe. I made a lot of racket banging on it until he peaked his head out, went back under, then made a run for it. I saw him though as he ran under table and tried to turn the corner but he couldn't get traction, his little back legs were kicking and spinning out on the vinyl floor and I got a good stomp on him then. I know this sounds cruel but I want them gone and they're freaking mice, not pets. And this was the mastermind too. If I didn't get him right then and there it might be weeks before I get another chance. Yeah, it's tuff getting rid of mice. But I've found that with a little patience and observation, you can figure out mice behavior and get them out of your house. Sealing up where they get in is the first step but if you're like me and have an older home, it's not that simple. Yes, we've tried a cat. That works to some degree, but it really depends on the cat too. And I'd rather deal with mice than have another cat in the house. But I can tell you that these noise repellent things do little of nothing to get rid of mice. I didn't detect any difference in their behavior in the time they were plugged in. Why would they leave a perfectly good, warm nest with ample supply of food? They can easily avoid the noise by going places where the noise isn't, and then return to pick up food when they need to.

Works great for rats in the walls
New neighbors moved in next door and let their back lot overgrow so, after 10 years of living here, I ended up with a sudden rat infestation in the area where I keep my parrots. Although, 2 years prior, I'd had a squirrel in my shoppe walls that I could hear chewing at night so I put two of these out there and it was enough to make it go away. I noticed, even though there were rats in the parrots area, there still weren't any in the shoppe, which is in the back yard and actually closer to the neighbors unruly back lot. So I got the idea to get 4 more and put them in the parrots area. They do not effect the birds at all (the product says its bird-safe and it seems to be) but I have noticed a decrease in rats. It hasn't completely gotten rid of them, but its a good start for only having them in about a week now. The key seems to be putting them in plugs nearer to the floor than ones higher up. I haven't heard anyone mention this in previous reviews, so I thought I'd put that out there for future reference for anyone that needs it. So far, it's been the only parrot safe ultrasonic device I've seen yet that gets rid of rodents, so I'm pretty happy I have a way to keep my babies safe and won't have to worry anymore about what creatures my neighbor's yard is becoming home to.

Ultrasonic Pest Repeller Humane Mice
As soon as I removed the repellers from their packaging and plugged them into regular wall outlets, I was surprised by how subtle they are. One of the repellents was placed next to the pantry cabinets, while the other was placed along the stairs in the basement. The housing is sleek and white, and it fits in well with the decor. The LED indication is a light green color, and it verifies that the device stays on without bringing attention to itself. Instead of producing audible vibrations or humming motors, the gadgets continuously generate ultrasonic waves that are not audible to the human ear. I was impressed by how easily they could be incorporated into my daily routine at home, since they did not need any further action after they were installed. There were some modest traces of mouse activity in the kitchen area, such as faint scratch marks and tiny droppings, but by the end of the first week, these signals had significantly decreased. When I was making breakfast one morning, I noticed that the typical rustling that occurs below the lower cabinets had completely stopped. I recall making this discovery with great clarity. In the late hours of the night, there was no sound of scrambling coming from the cabinets themselves. In spite of the fact that she often swells up throughout the night when she detects activity, my cat seemed to be more at ease, as she spent more time sleeping undisturbed. During the early morning hours, when I am still boiling coffee, the gradual disappearance of those little disruptions contributed to an increase in my sense of calm and tranquility. I decided to expand the test to include insect deterrent sometime in the middle of the second week. When I moved one repeller closer to the corner of the basement, which is where I sometimes saw spiders, I discovered that after three days, the web formations that were along the baseboards had almost completely vanished. In the morning, there will be no more unexpected spider sightings, and there will be no more delicate webs that stretch between the boxes. I also saw that the colony of rats that lived in the basement, who had previously left behind evidence of gnawed cardboard, did not exhibit any new marks. It became abundantly evident that this apparatus was not only effective in warding off mice; rather, it was generating an unseen barrier that protected against a variety of unpleasant visitors. I found the performance throughout the night to be equally as impressive as the results during the day. Not only did this model not interfere with my Wi-Fi connection, but it also did not emit any audible tone. In the house, some ultrasonic devices have the potential to cause interference with electrical equipment or to provide intermittent buzzing at unusual frequencies. The absence of the faint hum that I had been subjected to by earlier repellers allowed me to sleep more peacefully. My spouse, who is a light sleeper, made a statement about how much more relaxing our nights had become. He said that the tension of watching every squeak in the walls was no longer the beginning element of our evenings. As a result of the rather quiet operation, we were able to continue our typical evening television routine without ever being aware that the units were in action.

Good Luck
Well, initially I bought six of them, plugged them into the garage and saw no rodents for quite some time . . . As the seasons came and went , rodents began to find all kinds of nuts seeds and fruit to bring INTO my garage 😠🤬🫣😬 where they could eat, pee, poop and generally destroy anything of paper or cardboard origin. There was nothing inside the garage to attract them so they brought it in and proceeded to take up residence. Aaarrrggg !!!

These work excellent! Had mines for 3 or more years now.
I don't know what these people are talking about.. These plug-in works great and I stop having a bug, small mice and spider problem in my home. I'm also a Realtor and I order them for my clients rentals and as buyer gifts at closing. They clear out the problem as stated. I plugged them into empty rentals that I put on the market. One tenant called me after a month and told me that flies were all over the basement. We always send in maids to completely clean these units so the company is correct when they say it will bring out anything that is living in the home that's not surpose to be there. We called an exterminator to spray but I can say it does the job as advertised. I'm ordering more for another rental today!

USELESS!
If I could give this product no stars, I would. It does not work as advertised. I've had these in my tiny, about 500-square foot, one-bedroom apartment for almost six solid weeks. One is in the large front room (kitchen, living, dining in one) and the other in the bedroom at the rear. They are plugged in and turned on and do not do a thing. They were bought because of a cockroach infestation that we cannot treat chemically because of our cats and my chemical sensitivities, and because the reviews were all basically glowing with praise. The bugs come from a new-ish neighbor at the other end of the building who brought them with her. Landlord has treated the other apartments about the same time as we got these things to use in ours, within a few days of each other. I have seen no difference in flies or spiders. The flies, in fact, are worse than they were. Don't even get me started on the roaches. What was a minor issue with uninivited "guests" has become a nightmare. I cannot even feed my animals with free choice kibble any more because the roaches get all over it. I open the kitchen cupboards and they fall out. There are roaches everywhere and even the bathroom is ridiculous. I have to share a shower with a couple of dozen of the things crawling all over the walls in the stall alone. In fact, the roaches have gotten worse, not better. It's like these things attract them instead of driving them away. I will be attempting to return them and get my money back.

Worth a try
I did a lot of research before buying these, through various websites and studies, and this brand always came out in the top 3. So I decided to give them a try. They’re obviously easy to use - plug and play. No smells, the blue light isn’t obnoxious in any way, and we couldn’t hear the frequencies - and our dogs and cat seemed to be fine too! We did initially have increased activity, like others mentioned, but believed that would subside as the mice realized they needed to leave to escape the torment! But they never left. We put them in the rooms where we found droppings, as close as possible, and it still didn’t work. In the kitchen, wefound mice activity within a foot of this electronic repellant... Well, maybe some did, but we still can hear mice on a regular basis. I set out a live trap a couple of night ago - at least a month after putting these in - and I caught 5 mice in one night. Our cat continues to catch mice, too. My only thought is that we must have some kind of super mice, because so many others have had outstanding results. We did notice, though, that all the bugs disappeared!
