Braun DB4010 Oral-B Advance Power Dual Battery Operated Electric Toothbrush

Excellent toothbrush. Works great.

This is a very elegant, simple, useful electric toothbrush at a very good price. I can see that the more modern versions, which cost significantly more, have built-in non-removable batteries, and charge with an included stand. I am perfectly happy to use rechargeable AA batteries in this model; the battery chamber is very well sealed against water leaks and I like being able to switch out the batteries for fully recharged replacements in seconds. I find that this cleans my teeth more thoroughly than a standard hand-operated toothbrush, looks good in the bathroom, and does a great job. Highly recommended. The only thing I would suggest when buying this would be to also buy some brush covers, sold separately, to protect the cleaning head while the machine is resting or being used for travel.

Good brush for a decent price. Had an Oral B by Braun severals years ago that was rechargable. It died and have been doing without. My hygenist suggested I get another but I did not want to spend a fortune and I wanted a round brush head. This meets my needs very well. Deleted one star because of how difficult it is to open the battery compartment. I struggled but after finding a youtube video I managed. The instructions give a general picture but if you have arthritis or other strength issues you may need someone to help. ALSO the description states "Operates on either corded or battery power" - this is misleading as it is battery operated only.

Quality, size and value for your money is the reason I continue to purchase this product. Also, it is comfortable and easy to use.

This is my third, battery powered, Braun toothbrush. The first one lasted me over 10 years. Unfortunately, the last one I bought died in about 6 to 8 months. But because I know nothing is perfect, I bought a third one. I love this toothbrush and I hope this one lasts me another 10 years. I can even travel with it. Well priced, and does a great job.

I am disappointed that it doesn't pause at 15 second intervals, and only stops after two minutes. I also have the Braun rechargeable which does pause every 15 seconds but doesn't stop completely after two minutes requiring me to push the button three times, with slippery fingers to stop it! If Quip can figure out how to make a brush that does both why can't Oral B get it together?

Great for traveling. My unit has a finicky switch but a minor issue. Pros Uses easily to find brush heads Speedy and ergonomically well designed. Does a good cleaning job Cons Lacks two minutes pulse timer My sample the switch has to be pressed several times to get it to so stay on. The jury is out Battery life. I’ve been using it a few weeks with the original batteries so I know how long they last. Great that it includes batteries. Ready to go right out of the package. Tip Use disposable lithium batteries. With alkalines it will start off at full speed and gradually slow down as the batteries weaken. With lithium’s, it will run at full speed until the batteries die. Keep a spare set as it could die in the middle of brushing. Lithium batteries are lighter so less weight improves ergonomic.

Decent enough item- Have used them regularly for a few years. Change every year or so.

La verdad q llevo usando esta marca a diario y creo q por el precio es increíble que puedan hacer cosas tan duraderas, cambio el anterior que aún funciona y me pongo rojo si digo que ya tenía 15 años, es posible q sea suerte ya el anterior con cargabinalmbrica y bateria propia duraría unos 5
