Mixed feelings, still pretty dang cool
I bet these would be amazing in a solo furnace, something with a concentrated (or reduced) area for the flame. The good thing is it really does create noticeable colors, and it's nice being able to just toss the pack into the fire. I did notice that the other orange flames can drown out the colored flames, so if you have a big spread out fire you'll have to use a few packs. This also work well with the porch gas fireplaces (with the glass rocks). Since this is a smaller area the kids really enjoyed seeing the different flames. And they do last a decent amount of time too.
