This pillow is freaking amazing I've been searching for pillows for years I just had cervical surgery fusion on my neck The vertebrae c3,4,5&6 and I have not yet slept on it but from what it feels like after taking out enough stuff in out of it cuz it was firm at first but the neck pillow they send to you to store your extra stuffing I put enough in there for the neck pillow and it made the pillow perfect I adjusted the little spot where you put the excess for the neck spot and I offend it out to where it was all nice and soft and even and this thing is perfect I will leave another review later after I sleep on it but from the way it looks it looks amazing I've seen other reviews where people are talking about powder coming out of it when you slap it or whatever when you when you hit the pillow over and over again I did that I got no powder off of this pillow at all this pillow does have a slight new odor to it but it's not bad it's just probably the stuff in the plastic you smell but after I put my pillowcase on it and got it out of plastic the smell dissipated and now it just looks like a brand new pillow and is amazing so I hate having to spend $194 that's tax and everything for this pillow but it's worth it I believe is very soft and it supports my neck and my head I suggest getting the pillowcase from the company called rest and to cooling pillowcase and I put that on it and it's absolutely amazing

Great pillow! I love the customization idea of it and took all my neck pain away. I also liked that it was very cooling and breathable.

Wow! I’m a bit of a pillow nerd and this pillow was expensive and so far it’s been worth the money spent. I do have many pillows and I decided to try this one after a neck injury that landed me in the hospital. My previous pillow was the Coop Eden which I also purchased here from Amazon. In comparison, I found that the Coop Eden pillow made my head too hot and the stuffing always bunched around, not giving my neck the needed support. I also put a cotton pillow cover which helped some when dealing with a warm head. It is an amazing pillow but not for me, so I use it for sitting up in bed. Onto the Purple: I’ve slept on this pillow 4 nights. When I received the pillow I immediately tested it out to see how much of the filling I’d need to remove. There’s a casing inside the pillow which ends up being the neck support. I adjusted as needed, ensuring my head was level as I laid on it. Woooowww! The first night was some of the most restful sleep I’ve had in a few years. Second night, again, actual restful sleep! The pillow has some bounce to it but doesn’t overly push your head back. This pillow feels and fits like my head is supported and resting on a cloud just for me. I haven’t noticed any flatness yet. I am very pleased with this purchase and considering one for my husband as well. I’ve also removed enough of the fill to make a small travel pillow (casing comes with) I can take with me in the car. It’s perfect. I’m a happy camper!

I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect pillow, this isn’t it but it’s pretty close. I have a graveyard of pillows in all price ranges and there isn’t one pillow that works perfect for me 100% of the time but this one is a keeper. I get headaches frequent and the ability to adjust this one to my perfect height is nice. Other reviews mentioned that there is an odor and I was concerned about that but the one I received had no odor at all. All in all I’m very happy with mine and I would buy another one to have at our cottage but the price jumped up about $40 since I bought mine. I can’t see where it’s worth $200, but $159 is what I paid and if it hits that price again I’ll probably get another.

I FINALLY FOUND THE ONE!! I have suffered from neck pain for a few years now. I’d wake up so stiff and with horrible neck pain. I went through so many pillows and pillows are not cheap!! I’d try one and have hope that it would help, only for it to break down a few weeks later. I also tried the purple harmony right before this one and it was really good the first few weeks, then something changed. Not sure what, but it did. My husband took that pillow and he loves it!! BUT I took one more chance on this Freeform purple pillow and I’m so glad I did!! It took me a couple of nights to get the filling to the amount I needed, but once I found that magic spot, I have slept so comfortably since. I’ve had it for a while now, and I’ve added a little filling back, but I’m still 100% satisfied. If we go out of town, my pillow goes with me!! It’s that good!!

It is a decent pillow - fairly comfortable (although not the best I've slept on), and PLENTY of stuffing - I ended up pulling almost half of it out, and have a 2nd smaller pillow. However (1) it smelled funky for quite a while - gave me a headache until that went away, and (2) it is WAY overpriced (even getting a 2nd smaller pillow out of it). I was hoping for a miracle pillow, and it really isn't that. Just another pillow filled with chopped up memory foam. Years ago, Costco sold a pillow with chopped up memory foam that was actually MORE comfortable than this one, and was about $40. Wish they still had it, I would buy a dozen to last me the next few years...

What I like most about this pillow is the adjustability. I don't mean you can fluff it up or punch it down, you can actually remove some of the fill to achieve your perfect pillow. They also included and extra small pillowcase to store the removed filling or to make yourself another travel or camping pillow. Another detail that you won't find in other pillows is the side pockets built into the pillow. These are adjustable also. So you can remove filling from the main compartment and leave the side pockets a bit firmer so you don't suffer the crunched neck syndrome when the filling compresses near your shoulder and your neck is now contorted. I was skeptical it would really work or be worth the price - not inexpensive. But, I'm sold on the design and feel it is worth the price.

I thought this would solve all of my neck problems, sadly it did not. The inside pilllow is very cool with neck supports (you need to stuff these yourself), you could remove/fill stuffing to the correct height, plus it has a cooling outer shell. Truthfully I have 2 purple pillows and the cooling shell is hard and not very comfortable. I am keeping it, I may use the inside part in my own zippered pillow cover, but the comfort isn’t worth the cost.
